Just as I did last year, I've selected PoolHost.com to "manage" our NFL pool because it seems to be the best fit for our needs.
It's easy to get in if you didn't (or did
) play last year. Click on the link above and login (if you played last year) or register (if you didn't) in the red options section at the upper left. Those who played last year, if you don't remember your password, PH has a "lost password" function that should get you back in. Once you've logged in or registered, click on the "Pro Football Pick 'Em" button and log in to pool "LitPool11" with the password BDSM. Then follow the directions for playing the pool.
The first regular season game is Thursday, September 8th, with kickoff at 8:30 Eastern (US) time. Get your picks for the week in before that time, please!
If you have any issues getting in, let me know via PM or response to this thread, and we'll see about working through them.
And folks, let's decide early: Do we want to eliminate a certain number of weeks (worst weeks, of course) for each player? PH has that option automated, and we can choose any number of "best" weeks from 4 to 16 to count in the final standings. Can we get a consensus going before the season starts?
This is just a pre-season reminder; I'll probably start the "Official" pool thread on Sunday, September 4th.
