My GF is a school teacher. Recently she joined with an institute for further studies. One of her lecturer who is also the history lecturer of her, want to draw a naked picture of her. He has already discussed it with me. We both are not comfortable enough with the idea. He seem a professional guy. He even invited me to join with him while he paint my GF.

What should we do?
We keep refusing and he keep insisting.
Have any one of you buddies posed naked before? How did you felt afterward? Is it horrible? Did it effect your personal life by any mean?

Please give me your honest answers!!!

You should post a picture of your girlfriend naked so we can assess her qualifications and her suitability to perform this difficult task of posing nude for a drawing.

Of course she shouldn't. It is not advisable for any teacher to have a representation of themselves naked and the reasons should be obvious in this internet age. If it lands anywhere public, she could jeopardize her career, as parents of the students will find it inappropriate. Obviously, it would be hugely embarrassing to her if her students saw it. The history lecturer should know all this and if he doesn't or is carried away, she should keep saying no. He's probably one of these 'ivory tower' education professors who has no common sense. Heck, she could tell him she'll report him to his superiors if he doesn't stop, as it's sexual harrassment. The thing to do is to picture how it would sound if it landed in the newspaper. If it's not something you want others, including your employers, to read about you, don't do it or do it in secret (like in here, hopefully).

BTW, unfortunately, in some elementary education districts, spelling isn't seen as that important. That's been the ethos for quite awhile now in North America, so there can be young TEACHERS who can't spell themselves. Hopefully they know how to think still and if they think about this, the answer is no. I would seriously suggest any teacher be very careful these days about what they say and do that can live on forever online, because, despite the freedoms we all have privately, they are still held to a higher standard in any public arena because of their responsibility to children and youth.

i see nothing wrong with a professional having a nude portrait painted. obviously you aren't going to hang it on the wall of your classroom.
 
Ah...He's a "History" professor...that wants to paint your GF nude?..am I missing something?..I could see it if he was a "Art" Prof...
