Actually it's quite the opposite, at least for me, it keeps me in a constant state of arousal, and while it won't let you get completely hard, it does make any teasing that the lady does, much more intense. I debated the purchase for a long time before trying it, but I am glad i did. And while the lady wasn't that keen on the idea in the beginning, she is really starting to like the idea, and the results when she frees me after a while of teasing.
