Nipple Piercings

I had 'em done twice. My body rejected them both times. I think the longest one may have lasted six months. Now I have deformed nipples. :(

I know a lot of people absolutely love their nipple piercings, but I wasn't that crazy about them. They didn't increase sensation at all. I've never had much sensation in my nipples (which is why I can withstand a LOT of torture on them *grin*), but I think after the piercings ripped themselves out, it actually decreased the sensation even more. And, too, I was always afraid I'd rip them out while playing, so I'm not interested in having them done again. They look good, but as roughly as I like to do nipple play--as in, to the point of bleeding from them every time I play--, they really just get in the way.

I've had mine for just about a year.

Do they add sensation, not really. But the sensation wasnt diminished either. My husband has his pierced too and I know he has more problems with them being tender than I do. I wear the captive beads, he changed to the bars to see if that helped with them being tender.

Getting them pierced was the worst pain I've ever felt... well ok, maybe post op gall bladder was worse.. but, I took a sport bra and a tank top and used them to hold ice packs over them for the first 24 hours and didnt have a problem with them at all.

The only frustration with them was when I had my first mammogram. My GYN told me I'd have to take them out and after going through the hassle of doing that, was told by the tech that I could have left them in.

I love them, I think they make my nipples pretty and I know that both Malin (my husband) and my Master love them.

*Blush* Would it be bad for me to admit that I had an orgasm on the table the second time I had mine pierced? Oh, Jesus....

Anyway, your post reminded me that I forgot to mention that I had captive beads the first time and barbells the second time. I truly believe that the problem was a mild nickel allergy I wasn't aware of at the time. I'm not really inclined to try again with titanium, though.

I wish I could've enjoyed mine as much as other people seem to. They just got in my way more than anything. *Pouts*

LOL Nah.. not bad to admit it..

Both Malin and his girlfriend S told me, "Oh it's not THAT bad..." and so, after some hemming and hawing.. I went to have them done and they went with me. I sat there.. got the first one that pain, I looked at Malin and said, "You FUCKER"

Malin saw my face, melted and said, "Baby, you dont have to get the other one..." the piercer said, "Oh yes she does, I've already got everything setup..." and proceeded to do the other... with that one, I knew what was coming and I remember kicking the table I was on.

I love pain.. a good caning, whipping, paddling, etc will get me wet and nearly bring me to orgasm... but that.. uhuh..went FAR past my pain threshold into that zone of .."I'm gonna fuckin kill someone"

*cough*

*Snort*

Yes.

I went through a period for awhile where I was getting a bunch of piercings I didn't really want (tongue, the second time I had the nipples done, hood, a fourchette) just for the feel of the needle(s). I wised up, took out the piercings, and started doing temporary piercings. Much easier on the wallet, and I can get as many as I want at once! :D

Sorry for the double post....

I loved having my nipples pierced. I saw stars when I had my hood done, but it only lasted for half a second. The fourchette was the worst because they had to use the clamps, and they couldn't get them on straight. Two or three adjustments of piercing forceps on the perineum gets kind of...uncomfortable. But even after that and the way the guy slooooowly pushed the needle through, he still had to wipe the wetness away with a paper towel to get the damn barbell screwed in.

Ok, I'll stop talking about what a needleslut I am now. You can have the damn beating implements, but needles....*Sigh* I still fantasize about labia piercings with a lock for The Right Man.

i just learned how to do needles on people for fun! whee. surgical staples appeal more to me, because i can't stand the sensation of needles.

edited to add that i think i'd get a christina before i got a fourchette. i definitely want more genital piercings.

It was incredibly, deliciously painful. But then, I really get a high from needles. One of the purest, sharpest pains I've ever experienced. On the other hand, the piercing itself drove me nuts. Didn't help sensitivity at all (and my clit is ungodly sensitive, anyway), and I couldn't find a barbell that wasn't so heavy that it didn't keep it sore all the time. 'Twas annoying rather than arousing, unfortunately, but other people like them.

Anyone but me sensing a pattern here? LOL.

definitely recommend the hood piercing! I don't think my cunt has ever looked better, and it really wasn't *that* bad. I'd say it was better than my last helix piercing, honestly.

I had my left nipple pierced in May of 2005 and my right pierced sometime last year. Neither hurt and so i felt horrible when they hurt Fi so much. For me, my nipples were always over sensitive, ask Fi, i could nearly cum from them being played with.. the piercings made them More so.. but as she said i have had a few problems with them... a lot of infections

Damn...came in second for the "guy" perspective

Ah well...sloppy seconds aren't as bad as people make them out to be anyway.
So..
yes..on topic.

Had my right done waaaaay back in 1996. It lasted until 2002 when I had to remove it for a vasectomy and I just never put it back in.
Super-sensitive nipples here AND they're wee tineh!
They had to use the smallest gague AND they STILL had to twist the needle back and forth to get it in. (talk about torture!)

I've been thinking about doing the left just for the hell of it. Why not make em both Uber-sensitive right?
The ONLY problem I had was maintaining a constant level of awareness when it came to that nipple. Like it had it's own "comfort space" where nothing got close to it that might potentially tear it. I had a buddy who had his trn twice. It was enough to make me wince.
And I've done some serious medical proceedures.
( try draining a sub Q ulcer that was 8 " ind. AND 2 weeks infected! )

I think piercings on dudes look good. On girls? Ahh...I could do without. I love biting and sucking and licking and playing with them too much and piercings just slow my fun down.

*drops his two cents *

I pierced one of my nipples myself six weeks ago. No prior piercing experience except for a lot of research and experience in the body modification scene. It went fine. The next day, I had the other one done professionally. I'm glad I did them different ways, because now I have a basis for comparison! Neither of them was exceptionally painful, in fact it was about equal, but the pro-done one was painful for a shorter time than the self-done one.

So far they are fine. Mine are rings, I find them more attractive than barbells, though I do love nipple shields so I may convert at some point. I have noticed a minor increase in sensitivity, but not enough to write home about. I haven't done any hardcore play with them yet...some experimental tugging and twisting but nothing serious.

twysted...they had you remove nipple piercings for a vasectomy?!

Yeah, I was kind of wondering the same thing. I just had my gall bladder out and all they did was tape them.

And they dont seem to slow Malin or Master down with the licking, sucking or biting. Only thing *I* worry about now is Malin getting his tongue piercing caught in the ring..but so far, that hasnt happened either

Yeah. go figgure.
Navy medicine. *rolls eyes*

My thought processes were as such, given that I was on a floating city out in the middle of the ocean (mini-carrier/marine-style) and these men would be taking sharp impliments to my genitals with the intent to slice and cut and singe, I'm not about to ask why or argue.

I thought that only applied to X-Rays or when one goes under deep anesthesia. *shrugs*

little miss needle phobia here had her belly button done in october and is now thinking about getting her nipples done for her birthday.

seriously.

I'm not worried about pain, I can take a lot of pain, it's the needle it's self that scares the shit out of me. When I had my belly button done, I had one friend holding my hand, petting me, and praising me, while another sat beside me and talked to me. Once it was done, reading over the care paperwork made me queezy for 2 days. But so far it looks good, I take extra care in keeping it clean and other than it not liking any cloth on it for 2 weeks, it wasn't so bad.

so I am thinking about going under the needle again...nipple rings are just so pretty.

I had my left nipple done about three years ago. I'm a male so they had to use forceps to pull th enipple out when it was pierced. It was originally pierced with a 12 gauge. After about a year I started upsizing. I am currently at a 2 gauge and plan to stay there. My nipple has gotten more sensitive and now sticks out about a halg inch from my body.

I highly recommend getting it done.

They use clamps on women too, it's more about lining things up right than pulling them out. :)

2g nipples, nice!

I have had both nipples pierced for over 20 years now and have had no issues. I have had about the same amount of damn surgeries in those years and have sometimes had to take them out which never has been an issue. You take them out right before the surgery and pop the things back in when you get back to your room from recovery. I also have hood piecings and labia - same deal. I have argued with docs on keeping them in thru surgeries and most have let me. It honestly depends on the type of the surgery. I don't take them out for xrays - fuck em, let the xray techs chatter.

Just find a good piercer and don't go too small of gauge and you will find they will usually heal properly and maintain over time.

I have no interest at all in getting my nipples pierced. I am, however, very intruigued by genital piercings. I'm not sure I ever will, but at the moment I'm seriously thinking about it. Maybe a hood piercing? Who knows....

The good thing about genital piercings is that given the thinness of the skin in that area and the amount of blood flow there, it takes practically no time at all to heal. My hood piercing was totally healed in two weeks. :)
