Sex Offender Convinces Females To Drink Toxic Liquids, Videotapes Suffering
In one of the most ghoulish criminal cases Wisconsin has seen in decades, Sean Kobin, a 20-year old man who is a convicted sex offender, now faces multiple felony charges stemming from the fact that, in order to facilitate his sexual self-gratification, he pressured numerous women and teenaged girls into drinking foul and poisonous fluids, from urine to bleach and even a mixture that included a concentration of sodium hydroxide higher than that found in common household chemicals. In the case of the sodium hydroxide solution, “The woman told investigators she had known Kobin for a while, that he had talked to her about drinking an unknown liquid, and the subject came up ‘every couple of days,’ but she dismissed it as a joke. ‘She thought it would be something that just tasted gross and would not hurt her,’ the complaint says. She said that … after he offered on the phone to pay her $20 and fix the MP3 player, she met him near the former Northridge Mall and agreed to drink from his bottle. At first, she hesitated. Then she took a gulp, which she spit out before falling to the ground and vomiting blood. This latter victim of Kobin’s unimaginably perverse, sadistic, and lethal fantasies is fortunate to still be alive, but one can only hope and pray that she and the other women and girls Kobin tortured will somehow be able to put their shattered lives back together again. It is obvious that Kobin is irredeemably evil and predatory, but since Wisconsin’s proud “progressive” heritage does not allow for capital punishment of such depraved, dangerous men, Kobin can settle into his prison cell and let his imagination run free as he coolly calculates future crimes against the innocent, malleable females out there who he didn’t manage to get to this time around.
