When you open the 'buddy list' it's divided between those who are online--listed on top and in red--and those who are offline--listed in the second portion in black. You can get that from any page on the board by using the Quick Links drop down and the Open Buddy List link. There is no need to keep going to the main page and sifting through everyone who is online across all of Lit.
