Hi I'm new in here
I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in writing a story for me about my wife? We both find it very erotic would supply the theme and details if someone fancied doing that. Can also send pics to help with detail of body

Not just have it. Can you produce it in a way to convince a third party they want to be part of something that could get very nasty legally because someone was bamboozled about what playing in cyberspace can/cannot, does/does not prove?

Woah, Nelly, people. I don't think the OP was talking about posting pics of the alleged missus in a public forum. I think he was suggesting he might send pics to help a willing writer describe the object of his affection and interest for the story. Writing a story about said missus would not be illegal. There are some assumptions being made here that are not quite warranted based upon the original post. So far, based upon what the OP has said, there's no reason to believe that he's doing anything wrong, compromising anyone's rights, or doing anything that would get him or anyone else in trouble with the law.

I think you may not have noticed that there's a woman's movement under way about what constitutes litigatable sexual abuse. Just tell me how this guy is going to demonstrate to a writer he's sharing these photos about to write a story about his claimed wife (it would be better if he just took a photo off the Internet) that she's indeed happy about being exploited this way. You want to be that writer? You expect Literotica to be delighted to be part of such a transaction?

OK, let's play this out.

Lit Author replies that he is interested in writing the story.

OP send some photos to Lit Author, along with some ideas for the story.

Lit Author writes and publishes the story. Presumably, names and details will be handled in such a way that no one can trace the wife in the story to the person in real life.

Please explain to me how anything that possibly could be litigated has occurred. You can't. No civil action exists; no criminal action exists. If the wife -- or some other person that has been presented falsely as a wife -- catches wind of this and gets mad, then the OP might catch hell, but that doesn't mean there's a civil or criminal action and it doesn't mean the author is in any trouble, so long as the author has not published the photos. So far, no one has proposed to do that -- the OP certainly has not proposed to do that.

We need more information before we get too worked up about the possibility of wrongdoing here. So far, nothing the OP has suggested is wrong.

As long as pictures aren't classified as child porn, how can they be an issue?

Even under US law, which has relatively good protections for freedom of speech, it's quite possible to get arrested or sued for fiction that appears to threaten or defame real people. Some examples:

There are plenty of other laws that can apply to sharing explicit pictures of adults, including but not limited to: revenge porn, copyright, and the requirement to keep records to prove that they are adults (18 USC 2257).

It's quite likely that the OP is exactly who he says he is, and has his wife's full permission in all of this. Unfortunately, well... read this article and perhaps you'll understand why some people are wary of requests of this sort.

If it were me, at the very least, I would want to change enough details that the real-person subject cannot be identified from the story.

And you can't post her pics here in the forum without getting the mod and/or owner involved. There's a soft rule about the permission and whatnot. (And, yes, it is easy to lie. :rolleyes: )
