Can you cover for me sis?

I had an idea about two twin sisters, one is a lawyer, doctor or any other high class job. The other is a porn star.

The porn star is ill or has a double appointment and asks her sis to cover for her in a shoot.

If anyone writes it please notify me when the story is done, I would love to read it

As an alternative to a high class job, how about a simply respectable one? She's a schoolteacher, for example.

Probably for the same reason that a lawyer or a doctor might. Because it's a porn story and implausible things happen all the time.

That might be more plausible. Perhaps there are economic pressures there. They live together and are barely able to pay the bills. Maybe the schoolteacher is out of work, and the other one is the sole source of income at the moment.

Also the schoolteacher one doesn't really know exactly what her sister does, just that she's an actress, and work is not all that easy to come by. Since they're virtually identical in appearance she figures she can pull it off for a day or two, and they really need the money.

My idea? Sister knows the other sister is a porn star and acts appalled and is always mocking her, but deep down? She holds herself back sexually with her boyfriends and has hang ups and can't seem to cut loose because she is worried the guy will think she is a slut.

So when the porn star sister takes ill and cannot make a shoot-and she will lose the part if she misses a day of filming- the other sister sees this as a way to let all her fantasies run wild, to not just act like a porn start, but be one. Maybe the porn start sister helps her reach this conclusion "You know how you're always holding back because you're ashamed...."

The whole premise is that nobody will notice sis is filling in. Nobody who sees the porn is going to know it's the "respectable" sister's twin, either. If sister's work is popular enough, it's almost inevitable that someone is going to "recognize" her as that hot girl they jerked off to and bring it up.

Your comment is very striking to me

First off what you are mentioning is the difference between reality and fiction. Of course in reality someone would be recognized and in this situation I am sure the "respectable" sister would have spent all her time trying to get her sister to quit so people would not think it was her, but in fiction, erotica especially, we have to "let it go"

I work very hard to keep my stories(even incest stories) somewhat plausible, but at some point I have to say "Look, its fucking porn" and let it slide into what it is, fantasy.

But the other reason your comment hits me is it drives home how different we all are in what, on a personal level, we can and cannot deal with, how we all have our opinions on what can and cannot be "sold" to us.

For me, I could run with this premise and ignore the obvious, but you can't, and probably because you were with someone who worked for a time in the sex industry so you do know the realities of it.

On the other hand an example of a premise I would never touch because the absurdity of it drives me crazy, is the shy virgin who ends up losing her cherry in a gang bang and fucking like Sasha Grey during it...

We all have are limits, its what makes writing and reading here so interesting.

Despite this pen name, I abandon the seeds of ideas like this all the time once I think through the characters.

If I wanted to run with it, I would go the route jaktar suggested and have the motivation be financial. Have them living together and depending upon both incomes to get by, and it reaches my bar of plausibility.

The sister who isn't in the industry could also be motivated to keep her twin off the streets. If there's a critical shoot that is a deal breaker with the studio that's providing the majority of Sis' income, or she has an injury/illness that will keep her from working for long enough to put her in serious financial straits, it works. But the respectable sister can't have a career where she could simply bail her twin out until she gets back on her back.

You could also make it a twist of fate story. Have the respectable sister perving on some young guy at work/the coffee shop/etc. Then the situation comes up, and she can't bring herself to do porn even to help her sister... Until the guy who's supposed to do the shoot turns out to be the hot young guy she's been ogling and diddling herself over.

Still can't see that scenario working with your average lawyer/doctor sister, though.

If I want to make the older sister rich, I'm going to have to give her a job where someone discovering her twin is a porn star won't be a career killer.

Make her a high level executive/editor of some racy, but not quite "pornographic" magazine, like Maxim.

For a doctor, make her a plastic surgeon to the stars. She could be bringing in the truly big bucks doing face lifts, boob jobs, labioplasty, and re-pinking for the rich and famous.

My guess is that all of those scenarios fail to meet the kink the OP is looking for, though.

As a previous poster already said, "favour for a favour". That's a good reason in a family relation.

Secondly, porn movies (especially US made ones) are more than just having sex, it always has some kind of a story line to it. Not exactly an important one, but it's usually done with clothes on. That may be the part the sister is asked to help with, standing in so the other sister can "get down to business" so to say. That'd be much easier to accept.

Of course on the set things take a different turn... maybe the other actors are not briefed properly, or forget it's the sister they're working with, and not the star herself. Maybe the director gets carried away and hopes to do a threesome scene which includes both sisters. There's a lot that can go wrong for the stand-in sister.

How about this:

Now this idea I like. Lawyer sister needs cash fast to pay the legal fees of a case she lost. She was her own client. She hears her internationally known porn star sister is about to star in the first mainstream porn film ever made, with a budget of $500million. Lawyer kidnaps sister intending to ransom her to the producers for a feww hundred K she needs, but instead is mistaken for her sister, and starts filming before she can demand ransom.
