The educational aunt could exist in a range of ages, depending on the author's desired story effects. Aunt Dora (45) is dad Dave's (40) older sister; she broke Dave in when they were younger, and now she's repeating the process with Dave's son Steve (18). Aunt Sally (30) is mom Mary's (36) younger sister; she loves the energy late-teen young men like Steve bring her.

I mentioned in other threads about a storyline I'm developing based on a real-world situation I know, a family whose patriarch had three marriages, each lasting about a decade, each producing several kids. Children of the first-marriage's offspring have younger aunts and uncles from the later marriages. Thus, I can write of older nieces and nephews tutoring their younger aunts and uncles on love. For the sake of fictionalization, to avoid confusing complexity, I might compress those three marriages down to two. Otherwise the family tree looks like alphabet soup.

I can approach that structure within my own family. My father's much older sister's eldest son is the same age as dad's youngest brother; my uncle and our cousin grew up next door to each other as virtual twin brothers. As an author, I could swap genders around for any desired story effect.

I sort of approached that in one of my early stories with MF twins who were virtually identical, and androgynous. They enjoyed confusing dance partners. I'm a bit hesitant to go the one-identical-twin-seduces-the-other route because it seems a bit... predictable. IMHO to be an interesting story some clever seduction program must be devised.
