I am looking for stories that goes way, way back in time. Think "The Valley of Horses", and it is roughly where I am going. Anything between say cavemen (as long as there is good focus on their culture, and not going "man has much muscles. Man smack woman in head with stick. Woman is dragged back to cave"), and up to iron age and thereabouts. Not picky about location at all.

Stories here is fine, so is books, stories offsite.

I have a couple of early ones but possibly later than the stories you are looking for:

Greek Myths: Heracles and Omphale is set in early Greece:

https://www.literotica.com/s/greek-myths-heracles-and-omphale

Great Rite is set in England during the Dark Ages after the Romans had left:

https://www.literotica.com/s/great-rite

Naked Nimue is from King Arthur's time:

Probably too late for you:

Men At Arms is set in France in the Middle Ages:

https://www.literotica.com/s/men-at-arms

As for published fiction?

H Rider Haggard wrote two set in early times:

Preceded by The Ancient Allan

Both are available on Project Gutenberg

You are right, yours are a bit to "modern". I am likely to read "Great rite" properly though, I like the impression I get from it by glossing over the first page, and the time/place it is set is interesting.

"Allan and the Ice gods" is now in my kindle. Thank you :)
