You could also try Pikifix it's an online image resizer etc, it's no irfanview but for those who like it basic, it should be good for AVs and profile pics.

ya irfanview is a great program to run to work with images and stuff - there are many things you can do with the program that most wont do for you. And its free so that just makes it better

This is no longer an option; the link redirects to "PikiPrint" a custom T-Shirt printer.
