i rarely wear a bra. don't like them. 99% of the time i have scrubs and a lab coat on. i have protruding nipples that always show even with a bra, so it doesn't matter either way. since i work in a cold hospital setting, they will show either way also. i was mortified as a teen, but now i don't even think about it.
Feel free to come to my office like that
