I hope they cut him off when the prime time shows start. Most of the major stations have new shows airing.

I would like to see fact-correctors ala "Pop-Up Video". I doubt he has apologists anymore, though... Like Hiroshima, some things you just can't apologize for.

They absolutely should televise Trump's speech. They are the media, though they try to shape it instead of being impartial - even an impartial press can fact check.
But, what does not showing Trump accomplish?
It could alienate people into believing that the Media is biased and push them further into Trump's corners. Free thinkers don't like to be told what to do and that's who you want to influence as much as possible: the ones on the fence. Die-hard party members are not the people you are concerned with, because they are blind.
Conversely, if you let Trump talk and give him exposure to people who are on the fence, there is a chance they won't like what they hear and if they were borderline in favor of Trump, they might decide they can no longer support him, or, if they were undecided, Trump's speech and future speeches could push their votes away from him.
Trump says some of the past Presidents agree with him on the wall issue, even wished they had built it, but they say no, that's not true ... nobody likes a liar.
The media takes a chance either way by showing the speech (depending on which way the media outlet swings) but if you don't give the people a chance to decide for themselves, you'll turn them against you quickly. By not showing Trump, they become the bad guy to those that could be turned away from Trump.

They should record his address and then run it thru fact check then show the number of Pinocio's and Ass pulls in the bottom of the screen.
There should be a youtube channel for this. Or maybe the Young Turks already qualify.

Youtube live streams often include a chatroom-style comment section. I don't know if that was the case for Trump's table read. I wasn't tuned in.

That implies there is only 1 reason... I alone see a few...
1] Women who were Clinton-backers (or anti-Trump) taking care of house/kids/both while men voted.
2] Reports of Porn & Playboy things (men felt he was more like them).
3] Similar to 2, quotes on the infamous "Billy Bush" tape & the like that made people feel sure he was being honest.
4] ANY quotes regarding the Wall that Wasn't.

Trump is rude, crude, arrogant and wildly successful. He isn't everyone's cup of tea but he wasn't hired to make friends. He was hired to kick ass and our government back into shape, if that is even possible any longer.
So far, he's doing better than I expected he would.

He is so successful as a businessman he got the show wherein he hired people for his business restarted. They then hired a new host. Then, he hired & fired one old of his old contestants to work for him in the White House, eventually firing her too.
Hilary would've been better, & this country will be tougher to "(verb missing) our government back into shape" after what he's gotten us into & taken us out of.

Does he have more or less money than you in the bank? If you needed $50k by 10am this morning, would you have it? He's successful by any reasonable, objective measure.
Hillary should be rotting in a prison cell. SHE is the reason I voted for Trump. (He wasn't my first pick)
Hopefully the next six years will see enough cleansing in our government that we have a chance for the future.
