If there was a fair trial, I'm pretty certain Clinton would be in jail. So would Trump for that matter. The issue is that the rich and powerful live by a different set of laws than the rest of the people. It's an oligarchy, plain and simple.

I have no love for the republicans, but I have no love for machine democrats who will do anything to maintain their power, at the expense of the desire of the people.

HRC colluded with the DNC to get the nomination. It was amoral, and proof of why she wasn't fit to be president.

Then she blames everyone except herself for her behavior.

Is Trump crooked? Of course. But we're not arguing that here. We're talking about her and her action.

Trump should be in jail as well. I think that's pretty clear. He colluded with a foreign power to get elected. He probably committed treason.

But you know what all of these people have in common? They have a golden parachute. They will never have to answer for their actions. They think they're better than you or me, and through your sort of action (in defending one over the other) it is ensured that they get better treatment than you and me.

1. The DNC can destroy any of the hard drives in their possession without consequence as long as a court did NOT order them to preserve them and they do not contain current and relevant financial data.

2. In destroying those disks they have destroyed ANY AND ALL evidence that the Russians hacked them. All of which calls the veracity of that claim into question.

Expanding on my second point;

Either the entire Russian hack was bullshit and they didn't want that disclosed

or

There was other information on those disks that they dare not allow to see the light of day in a criminal investigation.

If you can think of any other reason(s) they didn't want the FBI forensics guys, or any one else, looking at those drives let us know.

They'd rather pretend the Wikileak disclosures were the result of a Russian hack than to admit a pissed off insider copied the files and gave them to Wikileaks as pay back for conspiring against and cheating Bernie.
