Sarah Palin's Son Just Got Arrested For Assaulting A Woman. Again


Trump did not magically change everything, so that Obama's supposed failure did not blight Track Palin's life ?

Track Palin was arrested for domestic violence against a woman at his residence on Friday night.

Troopers responded at about 11:30 p.m. Friday to a West Angela Drive home in Wasilla for a report of a disturbance, according to an online dispatch.



"Investigation revealed [Track Palin] assaulted an acquaintance at his residence," troopers wrote. "When the acquaintance attempted to call authorities, he prevented her by taking away her phone. While being placed under arrest, Palin physically resisted troopers."


Track was taken to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, where he was held without bail. Court records show that he was arraigned Saturday morning in Palmer court.

Palin has said that her son suffers from PTSD, and suggested that this may be a reason for his violent outbursts. Other veterans have pushed back against this, suggesting that saying things like that stigmatizes veterans with PTSD, and also that their PTSD has never made them punch a woman.

There are people that decided to send a child to this man's home.

He wouldn’t let her leave his house until she gave him a hug. She relented and gave the 29-year-old hug, but then he allegedly followed her outside, got on top of her, and started hitting her. The attack continued even after she was able to get free and run back inside to get their son. He let her go only after she screamed for help during a fight over her phone.

All of this is happening in the presence of a child.

When the officer told Track he was under arrest and attempted to place him in handcuffs, Track Palin allegedly resisted, kicked over the coffee table and tried to head butt an officer as he was being escorted out, causing both to fall in a ditch.

He kicked over a coffee table when Sommerville and the sergeant tried to get his arms behind his back. The sergeant pulled Palin to the ground, and Sommerville tossed out of reach a knife that fell out of Palin's pocket.

Sommerville put Palin in handcuffs and escorted him to his patrol car, the affidavit says. Palin was struggling and then threw his head back toward Sommerville's face. The trooper tried to avoid the blow and lost his balance near a ditch, sending both men to the ground.

He held Palin down and with the other trooper adjusted the handcuffs before getting him on his feet and into the back of the car, the affidavit says. Sommerville took Palin to the hospital for a check of his wrist, which he said hurt from the cuffs, before he was medically cleared and taken to jail.

Palin was arrested Saturday on charges of fourth-degree assault, interfering with a domestic violence report, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Police halted the protesters path about a half a block before reaching the Tree of Life Synagogue, while the president was there.

While they could not see President Trump, the protesters did hear the sirens from his motorcade. While it left the area, many of them turned their backs and knelt down as a sign of opposition to him and his policies.

While thousands protested the president’s visit, a few of President Trump’s supporters gathered at the synagogue to see the first family.
