Dueling Sex Goddesses

This is a setting or situation I think has a lot of potential, but I just don't have any concrete idea of a story to tell inside it.

The central idea is a struggle between erotic “good” and erotic “evil”, as embodied by two goddesses.


Variation 1 is set in some version of contemporary North America, or Western Europe. Basically our world in the here and now. The goddesses are both adult entertainment personalities, they have both been in the business for many years and founded their own production companies and run their own little empires of lust. Imagine something like Ms. Nina Hartley.


The “good” porn goddess produces soft sensuous films featuring loving couples focused on each other's pleasure. She sells books and videos demonstrating erotic massage and oral sex techniques and always stresses the importance of knowing and respecting the boundaries of one's partner. Love, mutual pleasure and sound relationships are the goals of her efforts.

The “evil” porn goddess produces hard core women in prison films with copious torture and simulated executions, female motorcycle gangs kidnapping men and women then forcing them into slavery and even more extreme stuff. She sells a line of restraints, whips, chains and electro stimulation devices. She will neither confirm nor deny that she is a guset lecturer at the School of the Americas. She believes and teaches that pleasure is best when taken from another. The harder, rougher and more perverse, the better.

Variation 2 is set in fantasy world, Middle Earth, Conan's Hyperboria, something like the Dark Crystal or possibly a distant future after modern technological civilazation is no more and magic has returned to the Earth, similar to the movie Wizards. In this variation the two truly are goddesses, or very powerful witches at the least.


In either version the pair absolutely hate one another. Each detests the other's actions, values and what they stand for. The complete destruction of the other is their prime goal.

Seems like a lot could be done with this, but I just don't know what.

Pretty ambitious for a Lit story. But definitely could be an interesting read!

Just reading the title of the thread I pictured Aphrodite and Venus at 20 paces with flintlocks. Not sure how to work in the tentacle monster or praying mantis however.

Of course they are sort of the same goddess, just the Greek vs the Roman version. Maybe the fight could be over which one is the "true" goddess. Or perhaps a Star Trek evil parallel universe version could be invoked.

The idea did me thinking a little. I've had an interest in writing a story where the characters see themselves and their situation as much more dramatic and grand than the actual way of things. For example two ancient sex goddesses are locked in a climatic battle in their ongoing war with one another. In reality though it's just two trailer park MILFs having a jello wrestling grudge match at the local sleazy titty bar.

The local sleazy titty bar has a jello wrestling competition featuring a pair of trailer park MILFs who are actually ancient sex goddesses playing out one more battle in their eternal struggle.

This might actually lead to something.

I don't know was it already intended that way, but it could be a true writing challenge to make it so, one could read it both ways all the way trough, and then have heated discussion in comments with was the "true" way of reading it, as there no true reveals is the epic immortal plane action just imagination, drug induced madness, or the true thing taking precedence over and explaining the events and outcomes in physical plane.

The Graeco-Roman deities have interests that don't necessarily mean humans any good. Distrust ALL goddesses and gods. What looks like 'good' or 'evil' can have unexpected consequences. Kali is goddess of sex and death for a reason.
