Another one of those "please keep Emmy in your thoughts and prayers" kind of post. This time, it's not just Emmy, but also her Mom. Her Mom is not doing well. Emmy just returned from visiting her and did get to spend some time with her, which was good for her. But also heartbreaking. She is in the hospital, and they do not believe that she will get to come home. So as you'd figure, Emmy is having a rough time.:(

I sent her a robe for Christmas to keep her skinny little bones warm, and she took a picture for me tonight and I thought I'd let you all know that the first thing I noticed besides her beautiful smile, was her cute little tuft of hair. Her hair is coming back so nicely and it looked like a little mini Mohawk lol:D

Oh sadly I am not at Emmys. She just told me what she was making for dinner. She showed me kits of pictures that she'll be sharing with you all. Probably tomorrow.

I'm still shooting for visiting her when she gets breast reconstruction news.

My mom is doing a bit better, it was so great visiting, but hard leaving back to NY, knowing she had to go in the hospital. But it was great spending a few days with her.
My daughter got married on Thursday, just a civil wedding, but they are so happy, what makes me a happy mamsie.
On Wednesday I had a minor surgery on my tush, the removal of a nasty cyst. It was deeper than they thought, so loads of stitches and ouch.....

Wishing you ALL a wonderful CHRISTMAS with your loved ones.
