I think you probably mean my vulva rather than my vagina. There is certainly a lot a girl can do to alter the appearence (and the visibilityof parts of her vulva by removing or styling her pubic and anal hair, which are natural features, but as to the vagina itself there is pretty well nothing that can be changed other than by surgery.
I suppose you could be referring to another aspect of my vagina when you use the word natural:
