The Story So Far​

Something worth remembering about researching our story is that you can always do a search for a Character's Name, and all of the posts with that name in it will pop up. I only mention this because there will be times when you recall a writer commenting about their character -- their past, their kinks, their family, whatever -- and you'll find yourself wanting to include that detail in your reply but you don't remember it.

Something writers can do to help other writers is to update your Profiles. When you add an important detail to a reply -- something others would know, like where you came from, or what color your house is ... things other characters would know but which the writer may have forgotten -- if you add it to your profile, it helps considerably.


TUESDAY (Day 1):

HENRY "JAKE" JACOBS, a Harrison High School Guidance Counselor, discovers that one of his students, JESSICA WOODRIDGE, is a prostitute. (Begins with Post #1.)

WEDNESDAY (Day 2):

DAVID LEE WARREN is introduced, as is his lust for JESSICA. (Begins with Post #9.)

JAKE calls JESSICA to his office and blackmails her into sex. (Begins with Post #7.)

DAVID gets a date with JESSICA (for Thursday night). (Follows Jake and Jessica's meeting, beginning with Post #22.)

NICK GIAQUINTO is introduced, as is his yearning to get laid. (Begins later this night, but earlier in the RP with Post #15.)

ERIN performs her "periodic service" -- otherwise known as a blow job -- of the Physical Education Teacher/Baseball Coach, COACH STEBBINS. He informs her that next time they will be fucking; to which she quietly contemplates using incriminating photos of him to keep the pig's dick out of any more of her orifices. DAVID and JESSICA begin a Companion Thread (Post #91.) They were supposed to be going to his father's business dinner function; they ended up sucking and fucking David's virginity into oblivion.

SATURDAY NIGHT (DAY 4):

JAKE contemplates the "whore house" ... and gets invited to his college-age neighbors house for some wine and heavy petting, which should have been sex 'cept the room mate got home.


MONDAY (DAY 6):

JAKE and JIN meet in a bar at this C.T. after JESSICA sets it up. Jin was unsure of who she was meeting; she wasn't expecting her School Guidance Counselor.


WEDNESDAY (DAY 8):

JAKE and ERIN meet at "The Hideout" in this C.T.. Jessica had told Erin she would be meeting a good client.


THURSDAY (DAY 9):

JAKE and KARI go to a coffee shop to discuss prostitution in this C.T.. Jake invites the semi-homeless Kari back to sleep at his place, all the while wanting sleep with her. (This post is out of place in the IC Thread, fyi. I changed the beginning day of the C.T. from Tuesday to Thursday.)

NICKIE SLOAN introduced; her mother is arrested for prostitution, and Nickie discovers her mother's black book of customers and begins to consider following in her mother's steps to earn bail money. The next day, the mysterious Mister M, apparently a customer, calls. (Begins with Post #102)

Character Sheet​

Some notes about completing your Character Sheet (CS):

1. I do not require writers to send their CS to me in a PM first, for preview and approval. However, I may insist on some editing if I feel their are problems with your character creation. I trust that you will create a character suitable for the RP. (If you follow the below steps, all will be fantastic. I've never had to heavily edit a character before, so we shouldn't have much of a problem, should we?)

2. Please use the "Reply With Quote" link at the bottom right to preserve all of the formatting (bold, italics, etc.). Simply doing a "block, copy, and paste" into a reply will not do this.

3. All characters will need a pic. No anime, no famous celebrities, no overwhelming advertisements or logos, please. (If you don't have a pic or don't know how to download one, I can help. I can also help with editing logos out of pics. PM me for help.)

4. "Vague versus specific", hmmm... There are times to be specific with your answers -- such as height, weight, hair color, etc., and any facts that you want to help guild your character and other characters' reactions to your character. And there are times to be vague, which allows your character to roll with the story. Choose wisely. (Sounded Zen-like, didn't it?)

5. Please keep your answers short and precise. This makes it easy for other writers to find the basic facts when they want their characters to interact with yours. The last question, "Anything more/Specifics/Details" is where you can run wild with the words. (Feel free to look at my own PC, Jake, for an example, if you wish.)

6. If you add or edit information later, do the other writers a favor and put the word New in red before it, to grab their attention.

7. Last but not least ... this isn't the last! I'm sure as things come to me, I will add them here. If I do, I will let those writers who have already posted CSs of changes that have been made.

He is relatively attractive and has charisma when he is in a good mood, but a lack of confidence in his personal and professional life hangs over him like a dark cloud, causing him to be less "attractive" to women once they get to know him. Jake has a chip on his shoulder concerning the "opposite sex". It's not that he doesn't like women; he likes women very much. It's just that he always seems to be getting dumped on by them -- by men, too, but since he doesn't have as many dealing with them as he does with women, it doesn't seem to affect him as much. Examples include:

--- He was recently passed over for promotion. (See above.)
--- He recently split from his girl friend of two years after she found someone who, as she bluntly put it, was "a better catch financially".
--- And his last three online dating "hook ups" went horribly wrong.

16 Aug: Jake lives in Apartment 5-B of an apartment complex which, when viewed from above, looks like a giant upper-case "H"; between the "wings" are well kept courtyards. Across the courtyard from Jake, in 4-J, are two college age girls that he has a history with. (Links to be added later for your reading pleasure; it's all in the IC, but I will link it anyway.)

US West Coast (I travel up and down the coast for business, so I never know where I'm going to be from day to day. But I'm usually in the GMT -6 to -8 time zones, and while I RP mostly at night, I am sometimes on during the day as well.)

I don't write very "hard" -- porn-like -- but it depends mostly on my character(s). You'll just have to read my stuff. I've never written male-male scenes, not that I can't or won't; but I have written female roles when necessary. I've written light bondage, but I am not a BDSM expert, so if I write such a scene, it will seem amateurish.

Introduction​

After High School Guidance Counselor, Henry "Jake" Jacobs, discovers that one of his students is a prostitute, he does the logical thing: no, he doesn't counsel her to change her ways, he blackmails her into sleeping with him.

The fun doesn't stop there, though. After he learns from his new "toy", Jessica, that prostitution within the student body is rampant -- and the available money for it from some of the better off and/or desperate-to-get-laid students is plentiful -- he decides to organize the "whores" and "Johns"...

Welcome to the "High School Whore House".

Participating​

To join our RP:

1. Read some (or preferably all) of the IC thread to see if this is for you; or if you just need a refresher for now, read "The Story So Far", which gives an overview of interactions between the characters, as well as Post Numbers where key interactions began.

2. Create a character using the Character Sheet, found at this link and in the OOC Thread, which you will want to subscribe to.

3. Post the CS, then wait for me to review it and give you the go ahead to post. (Between us, we will find a way for your character to begin interacting with our PCs. Where there's a whore, there's a way... Wait, is that how it goes...?)

The RP's Direction​

I like for the story line to be fluid and ever changing, like an untamed river. So, the collaborations between writers and the interactions between characters have a great amount of free creativity to them.

The general direction of the RP is this:

Jake's blackmailing of Jessica, a high school whore, is going to lead to the establishment of a prostitution ring. Ultimately, if the story continues that way, Jake and the prostitutes working with him will decide that a whore house is needed ... and it may even be on the school grounds!

Characters Needed:​

The List of Characters currently includes Jake, 3 prostitutes, and three customers. (7 Aug 2011)

Characters I'd like to see include:

1. More female whores, high schoolers and otherwise (who knows, we might find a teacher or two who would like to supplement their incomes as well.)

2. More customers. If you are interested in writing a one-time customer, you are welcome to do that, too. Male and even female customers are needed.

3. At some point, if the female customers looking for manly attention are there, we might even need some hunky male prostitutes as well, maybe a wrestler or the lead in the drama club ... hunky and/or handsome doesn't matter, but charm and willingness to perform are key.

4. And we will even need people not part of the prostitution ring: school administrators, parents, school mates ... whomever? Some of these can be PCs with important involvement, while others can be NPCs, will limited posting.

Important Note About Threads​

Please remember two vital rules about the threads:

1. No casual OOC conversations and responses in the OOC thread. With very few exceptions -- the posting of profiles and announcements concerning "Companion Threads" are all I can think of now -- there is no reason for writers other than the Host to post replies in the OOC. Please limit your back and forth conversational replies to PMs.

2. And no OOC posts should be posted in the IC thread, ever, with the exception of notifications concerning "Companion Threads". (A short note at the beginning or end of an IC reply is fine, to set the stage or remind readers of something important or what ever.)

3. If you ever have a question about where to post a message -- say, for example, you have to quit the RP, permanently or temporarily -- please PM the Host rather than posting it in the OOC. I will deal with such posts as appropriate.

Jessica is a returning student who had graduated the previous year at the top of her class, enrolled in numerous extracurricular activities. Of these clubs Jessica is enrolled in the debate team, the diversity club, environmental watch, prom committee, peer tutoring- the list goes on. Her main extracurricular is her position on the volleyball team as it takes up the majority of her time.

Her choice to come back to high school for a fifth year was not due to grades as she continues to be an honour roll student but due to financial reasons, she could not pay the tuition for her university.

August 18:Her parents went bankrupt causing Jessica to return to high school to try for acceptance at university again. The money issues began when her parents attempt to own and run a restaurant went awry, causing strain for the whole family. Her mother no longer has the energy to spend her time on a decent career and her father feels guilty for failing the family financial, therefore spends most of his time in bars. The pressure is on Jessica alone to scrounge up her money, so this time however Jessica has turned to acting as a high school whore to earn the money she needs to pay the tuition scholarships won’t cover.


ANYTHING MORE/SPECIFICS/DETAILS:
Despite putting a lot of time and effort into her studies and treating prostitution as strictly a business, Jessica relishes the night. She often enjoys acting as a hooker and likes to take part in some of the activities she is paid to do. While Jessica is more vanilla when it comes to her sexual preferences, she has no limits when with a “John” and will do whatever the client has paid for. August 18: Her standard fees for her choice of work are open to adjustments as she is fairly knew to the business. Though she has the body and age to warrant jacking up the prices, she feels nervous of client's getting to angry with high fee's and decides to stick with standard prices. This tend's to be $50 for a blow job and a $100 to get laid. Anything extra would cost an extra hundred. However if she feels the man in question to be more wealthy she will tack on a few extra dollars here and there.

My sexual writing style is still developing and I still enjoy trying out new things. I tend to be a very flexible writer though I don’t however enjoy hardcore violence or blood but light bondage is okay.

FYI for all prospective writers:

We are ready for you to begin establishing your characters. Jake is meeting with Jessica "today" to begin his blackmail of her, and this will lead to the establishment of a prostitution ring.

All writers are welcome to write multiple characters, but for right now, let's each get just one up and running. The ultimate cast of characters will (hopefully) include both female and male prostitutes, male and female customers, adults and high schoolers, and more ... but for right now, our chief needs are female whores and male customers, adult and high schoolers.

The connection between your new characters and the two existing ones will be the school: for example, maybe your female prostitute knows Jessica, or maybe Jessica has heard that you are also hurting for money and may be ripe for recruitment; or maybe your male "John" is a school employee or parent or other person who visits the school for some reason and gets spotted by Jake "eying" the sexy young girls ... making Jake think, "Customer...? Hmmm..."

If you aren't sure how to make a connection, PM either myself or Jessica's writer. (BTW: I tend to refer to Characters more than I refer to Writers by name. It seems to be less confusing at times.)

Unknown to -- but highly suspected by -- those who regularly tease him, David is very much a virgin; his only sexual experience was kissing and breast-fondling his cousin, and she only let him do that after he loaned her his car for a night on the town.

David yearns to lose his virginity before he goes off to college, and he's not above paying to do so.


STUDENT INFORMATION:

A "straight A" nerd of the highest order. Has -- and has had in the past -- some classes with Jessica.


ANYTHING MORE/SPECIFICS/DETAILS:

A very nice guy, a very shy guy, a very easily aroused guy; is frequently embarrassed by his dick, which seems to harden at even the sight of a sexy girl.

David's family is well off, as is he personally; he gained access to a trust fund at age 14 and very intelligently invested it -- and withdrew it -- before the Great Recession hit; his personal wealth to just short of a third of a million dollars. He doesn't flaunt it, though: he owns a 2011 Mercedes but doesn't drive it to school for fear of being called a rich spoiled brat. (He parks it in the garage of his maternal grandmother's house, a few blocks away from Harrison High, on the days he does drive it. And while he's taken girls to expensive dinners or his father's business functions, he never takes girls from school, again fearing being teased. I think I am safe to assume that Nick will be a "John". That's a heads up to Jessica, obviously, who -- currently -- is in Jake's office, learning of her fate after being a prostitute is discovered. We'll have her back out there on the street -- or, more specifically, in a bar -- near you soon!

At school she dresses attractively conservative. Not afraid to show off her figure a little but nothing to compare to what some other girls wear. When working she finds the most luck outfits not unlike her school clothes but with hemlines quite a bit higher and necklines quite a bit lower.

Publicly Erin is quiet and reserved, involving herself very little in the lives of her fellow students. As such she has a reputation as an icequeen.

Privately Erin is open for almost anything. She's been with a few men well enough to know the mechanics but her older sister taught her everything she knows, which is quite a lot, including an appreciation for other women. Until things start to get gross there's little that she'll say no too.

STUDENT INFORMATION:
Erin, a senior, doesn't quite fit in to any categories very well and therefore is largely isolated in the cliquey world of high school. While she's always been attractive she's never had any interest in cheerleading. Her family isn't rich enough to hang with the in girls, she's not punky enough to hang with the rockers. Erin largely goes to school, does what's expected of her, and goes home with little real interaction with the fellow students. Her grades are good enough to get her into any school she wants to go to, but not good enough for a free ride. A Note About Time in the RP:

Our characters are not going to posting for the same game times, obviously; it's just not an RP kind of thing. Some characters will be posting during school hours, others after school, more in the evening or early morning hours. That's how things work.

So, do me a favor, something another RP Host taught me, something that served me well at the sight that I used to RP at (before they told me my RPs were getting a bit too erotic for their primarily teen age audience. )

At the top of your post, will you put your character's name and the time of the day (either general, such as "After School", or more specific, like, "Closing Time, 2am")

You don't have to do it with every post, particularly if you are engaged in a multi-post collaboration with another writer. But if you are just bringing your character into action, or he/she is posting for the next day or much, much later than his/her last post, it helps to set the stage for the other writers.

A good example is that Jake and Jessica are, at this moment, at the school during the morning hours, while Nick is trolling for chicks after his college classes have let out.

The only thing I ask about your manipulation of the whole time/space continuum -- can't tell I like Star Trek, can you? -- is that you don't move the days ahead in such away that it prevents another writer from posting in his/her current collaboration. Yes, and yes.

My thought is that there will be connections between most of the characters -- direct connections, such as school friendships or club organizations, and indirect relationships, such as Jake introducing people, or girls discovering they have "Johns" in common -- that will eventually involve nearly every character with every other character.

Then, Jake -- with the assistance of others, "whores" and otherwise -- will find that there is a lot of money to be made with an organized, established whore house ... and here's the twist ... I want it to be IN the school buildings! Can you frickin' imagine??

I'm not going to give details ... because I haven't dreamed them up yet. I have a basic concept, but I want to see how the story plays out, how writers write their characters.

In the mean time, collaborate with other writers on ways to bring more "whores" into connection with Jessica and more Johns into connection with the "whores" and/or Jake. Obviously, this is a work of fantasy, but the connections should be relatively feasible ... if that makes any sense at all.

For instance, Jake found Jessica; Jessica could have a girl friend she knows needs money; some of those girls -- such as Erin/Abbey -- could already be turning tricks, so maybe Jakes learns of it; maybe Jake knows some men and/or male students who would pay to get laid; etc, etc.

Regrets and warnings:

We lost a writer, Potatoy, after we had an exchange of PMs about his postings for the Character, Chester. I wasn't intending to drive him off, but I think I did.

The reason for this is that he was "god moding". I'm sure most of you know what that is, but I'm going to explain it because I was RPing for 6 months before anyone ever explained it to me. (Luckily, I hadn't "godmoded" myself, so I didn't get lectured, as I'm sure Potatoy feels I was doing to him ... with regrets.)

God mode is when you are causing someone else's character to do things that that writer would not want his/her character to do and/or putting words into that character's mouth that that character wouldn't normally speak. It is very important that you have another writer's permission before you begin "directing" their character.

Sometimes a writer may feel that they need to "god mode" to some extent to complete a posting. This goes especially for sex scenes; did your lover cum? did he/she scream like a banshee or lay there in silence? did she use her tongue, or did he use a finger...? The best way to handle such questions as these -- ones that are happening faster than you can write about them sometimes -- is to use short posts; this RP allows one and two liners or, if you want a simple, easy to read, easy to write way of conducting a sex scene, see my post, "Companion Threads" (which I am going to write immediately after this OOC post).

Use your best judgement when "directing" other writers' characters ... because my simple rule is that if another writer tells me that someone godmoded their character without permission, that writer will have to go back and edit or delete their post.

Companion Threads​

An easier method of reading and writing sex scenes or conversations which includes lots of one and two line replies is to create a "Companion Thread", which is nothing more than another IC thread in the Sexual Role Play forum that is later linked back to our RP. It prevents you from having to play "leap frog" with all the other writers who are involved in scenes unrelated to yours. Companion Threads have served me well in other multi-player RPs; I was once in a sci-fi RP with over 30 writers, and all fights, long conversations, space battles, and sex scenes were conducted in Companion Threads ... and wow, it was easy to write and read!)

Here's how it's done:

1. Go to the "Sexual Role Play" forum and create a new thread. Entitle it something you'll remember; I usually use the location, the main function taking place, or the characters' names.

2. Send the link to the thread to the writer(s) who will be collaborating with you.

3. Post in that thread just like you were posting in the main RP IC Thread.

4. When you are finished with the Companion Thread, notify the other writers that you are finished by posting a short message with the link to the thread right here in the OOC Thread. (Except for posting profiles, this is one of the few times I like writers to post in the OOC Thread.)

Your notification could be something like:

>>> This link will take you to a sexual encounter between "Girl A" and "Boy B" which occurred the night of our RP's second day. We have written it in a Companion Thread. Please read and enjoy." <<<

... or what ever you feel is appropriate.

4. Now, here's an important detail. If the scene you are collaborating on is taking place "now" in the primary IC Thread, you should create the Companion thread (as explained above) and post the link to it in the primary IC Thread now! The reason is to keep it in the timeline. (For example, the game time right now is our 2nd day, so if you're getting a blow job out in the parking lot for lunch, you need to post the link now.)

By posting the link now, you are in essence preserving a space in time for your activity. Writers can either subscribe to your Companion Thread and read it as you post it; or wait until you make your notification in the OOC Thread that your Companion Thread is completed.

However, if you are writing a scene that hasn't taken place yet, there is a different way of doing it. (I'll use our existing characters as an example. Right now in the time line, Nick is sitting either in a Starbucks watching the pretty girls go by, or he's already headed out to the clubs to look for some action; but, unfortunately, Jessica had a date with Jake tonight, and Erin is in a car with Pamela. So, Nick's writer has no one to write with, correct? No, incorrect. He can create a Companion Thread and write a scene with either Jessica or Erin ... or even the new girl, Kandi, once we get her up and running ... and post it later, as if it were actually taking place in the RP's "tomorrow". They are writing it today, which gives all the writers something to do now, but the writers won't post the link in the main RP IC Thread until they are finished, and date it for that day. Does that make sense...?)

So, it's not necessary to post the link to the Companion Thread in the primary IC thread until the time comes for the scene to start.

I'm going to sound like an ass when I say this, but I have to say it:


My greatest pet peeve when it comes to reading other writers, whether it's in RP or I'm correcting papers, is people who won't take the time to use spell check. I mean, c'm'on folks, it's free and easy -- the computer tells you what you spelled wrong and, in every program I've ever used, even gives you suggestions for correct spellings!

We all make errors. I make errors! My most common error is allowing "legitimate" words to sneak by specifically because the computer recognizes them as real words: "writer" when I mean "write"; "were" when I mean "we're", "who's" when I mean whose, and so on.

But I always use spell check before I post, and I beg of you, do the same!

Proposing a Character:

Are any of you ladies interested in playing the female counselor who jumped up the ladder ahead of Jake to take the position of Senior Student Adviser?

Jake might soon be coming up with a plan to secure the position that he felt he should have gotten anyway ... and it will involve a male student (My next PC) who she had the hots for, despite her position.

Jin, a senior, enjoys her circle of friends at school but doesn't go much beyond it. Her family life is relatively quiet, her father died not long after they immigrated and her mother took over as best she can. When Jin reached her teen years she started to work to help her mother out. Unfortunately the economy took a down turn and her minimum wage job at a fast food restaurant dried up. They had barely been scraping by before on her mother and her's pay and now it looked grim. With no way out Jin used some of the money she'd squirreled away for herself and bought a few racy outfits and began to sell her body. She's explained their sudden windfall and her late nights as a new job at a much nicer restaurant.
