1) Buy a stock that they 'know' will go up instead of paying the mortgage payment three months in a row, only to watch said stock tank and then get foreclosed on.

She's 18 now. Since now I could legally kick her out whenever I want, she's discovered how to live more symbiotically than parasitically.

But she did have to go to summer school for two summers for her amazing academic strategy.
