Issue with I accept button on upload page

I after so long decide to upload a story and I'm not sure if it's because I'm on a phone, but the "I Accept" button in the confermation section is not working. It will not stay checked/selected nomatter how many times I press it, or refresh the page. So I can't post another story because the terms&conditions won't let me click it and stay clicked.

Okay so some how it got through, actually, but it's still an issue.
