Of course you are correct that this an appropriate place to express and explore fantasies. Perhaps a more accurate response would have included the fact the post that prompted the response was the first one by that user. The thread here is largely dominated by people that take the role a little differently than do others. I know there was no disrespect intended by either poster. Most often we encourage people to post on the personals or elsewhere in addition to posting here.

I have frequented this thread for only a short time but I have never thought anyone was being rude, merely helpful in pointing people to other areas that may be more appropriate in meeting their needs. The regulars are, once again, looking at the relationship as going beyond a single role play.

I can see how my post could be seen as being insensitive, but I assure that this was not my intention.

I could have better explained that many people on this thread have a much more in depth view of this fetish. As said before, the intention was nothing more than explaining that this is not often a place for a certain taste. But I would never wish to make someone feel unwelcome into the forum.

Thank you for coming to my defense! My interpretation of the discussion was for women who like to call their partners daddy, or want to roleplay a sexual experience. I had a wonderful PM conversation in response that was exactly what I wanted, which confirmed my interpretation as well. Maybe the negative responders are in the wrong place or perhaps the discussion thread is more diverse than they thought :)
