Zombie Hybrid Story

Since zombies almost seem to be a part American pop culture these days, how about a story where a doctor, given the responsibility of studying zombies, impregnates a female zombie (somehow) creating a new breed of zombie. One that is smarter and faster.

Not worth the extra step you've introduced. Not really. We have fast zombies all over the place right now. Left 4 Dead, Warm Bodies, 28 Days later, Resident Evil and the Walking Dead zombies are only as slow as they feel like being (though I would generally class them as slow, but they clearly can move when the mood strikes em.). As for smarter, well how much smarter? If they are human inteligence or hell even raptor (Problem solving) smart you take away the thing that makes zombies managable. They can be kept out of a house with relatively simple means. Otherwise vampires or cannibals will do just fine depending on how hard they are to kill.

If I were to go with this story idea and for the reasons above listed I likely wouldn't outside a say contest where it was the prompt I would probably drop the zombie part and stick with some combination of undead, unkillable and start breeding a new more powerful kind of monster. Maybe this is a future similar to Resident Evil 6 where the way countries (or at least high end terrorists) do battle with each other is by sending in their BOWs (BiOlogical Weapons) and zombies are just not cutting it anymore because of their limitations. So you need something stronger, faster and smarter that can navigate the security measures that are common. All tha twould be background noise of course allowing us to focus on how he creates the monster.

I would probably eliminate the zombie impregnation and start by changing her into a vampire or something mildly more human. Sex with a zombie is just squicky and I can't see a lot of people getting off on sex with a standard rotting flesh, unintelligent, unresponsive walking corpse. But that's a small fix, vampries with a "blood problem" might be equally dangerous but still responding to your touch and not decomposing.

Not sure the sexual part would work but there are other ways to impregnate someone or something.

There are a ton of ways. But if this is about the new smarter faster zombies it doesn't really matter how they happened does it? Virus, vampires, magic, evolution. Who cares. You mentioned specifically that this was about making new zombies and it IS a sex story site so clearly it's about sex at some point.

I'm not against zombies for the record but if this is just about the sex that happens when people are locked in it doesn't matter if its Zombies, Wolves, Vikings, Airborne Ebola or a freak snowstorm. Trapped is trapped is trapped.
