Get to Know Him

One of six kids, Travis was raised on a farm in a blink and you missed it town. He worked on his parents farm and learned to hunt along with his brothers and sisters becoming a decent shot by the time he was in high school. He was also a strong boy and very fit having worked most of his life.

After finishing High school with decent grades he joined the military to get out into the world and see some of it.

In the Military he used his Hunting knowledge to good use. He was appointed as his units scout and was often able to tell if they were heading into an ambush just by the feel of a place. Three times he saved his units asses by making them go around an area that looked safe, only to attack from a different angle and find people waiting for them.

He was promoted and recruited into a special unit which he doesn't talk about much. All that is known about it is they got the dirty jobs, but they also rescued a lot of guys, and saved a lot of lives.

When he was finally discharged he wanted nothing more than to go back to the quiet life. He went back to Maine and after searching for a little bit he took a job as a salesman in an outdoor store. He also hired himself out as a hunting guide.

It was quiet and allowed him to still go out hunting and fishing although he hardly ever shot anything anymore. He worked his way up to head salesman just through his knowledge of the products and his way with customers. It was a quiet life and exactly what he needed.


After the start of World War Z


When the Zwar broke out he had been hunting and he had kept hiding in the mountains, shooting the occasional infected that made it to him. Eventually he had heard of the WHO's efforts and he made it to one of their bases.

They recruited him to go and look for more survivors like him and gave him a few vials for small groups and a SAT phone to call in a supply drop for any larger groups.

So far he has looked around Maine, New York, New Orleans and now he is being sent to Oregon.
