I say yes. And thus people can be judged & criticized for who and what they vote for.

Let's see where the garbage lines up on this issue, though. :)

If you vote Red in a Blue state your voice is lost
Same goes for voting Blie in a Red state!
Enough of disenfranchising a huge number of Americans with a failed Electoral College!

Fix it!

All Americans need to be counted including those in DC!!
 
It's still your voice. What happens with it is another issue.
It’s no longer your voice if 50.01 % tosses you vote !!
And yet in the Senate which doesn’t even represent America fairly need 60% to do anything !
So much is bullshit and that’s before people lose their vote due to gerrymandering and in some cases even when that’s disallowed by the non representative SCrOTUS

Yes, it is. It might indeed be rendered moot, as you state, but it's still your voice.

The issues you bring up are valid IMO, but they're not germane to the subject of this thread. I'm not talking about the effectiveness of one's voice.
