If you dont have GrabIt or some other graphics software, its a bit tough to get your pic.

Press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard. That will put a bmp copy onto the clipboard.

Then open Paint (start | programs | accessories) and paste it in.

Then use the little dashed square tool to select the pic portion. Select copy.

Make another new pic, and paste the copied portion into it. Do a save as using JPG format.

Kind of a lot of work. Easier with capture tools though.
