I just want to comment on this idea that we have a measure of personal security surrounding the photos and images we share on this site. Let me be clear: Your photos are not safe.
I would be the first to defend your right to post anything you want and have it remain off the internet at large, but let's not be naive; you know there are people among us (and everywhere on the internet) that do not care one whit about your privacy or security. They will download your photos and videos and post them elsewhere either as something they found (for free!) or as their own. This happens all the time and there is nothing you can do about it. Nothing.
You can add a watermark to the images so at least there is an additional step to removing the copyright, but most wouldn't care if the entire image were covered with a legal form that threatened jail time. You see, they are protected by the thing that you desire here: anonymity.
As far as the legality of stealing someone else's work, copyright law is clear: whomever creates the photo, video, or work of art has claim to the copyright of that work. The only exceptions (which will not really affect anyone here) is work "for hire." That is, work that was done for someone else with the understanding that the copyright belongs to the employer. And that exception must be made clear in writing to be legally binding. So, yes, someone who takes your work and claims it as their own is breaking the law, but as of this writing, copyright claims in America can only be argued in Federal court, so it's going to cost you a lot of money to make that claim, even though you'd easily win. And really, who here wants to go to court and make a public claim against some dick who's motive may have been to out you in the first place?
To sum up, if you don't want your friends and/or family to see your nudie pics, don't post them on the internet. Better yet, don't make them to begin with. It's a hard truth, but it's something you need to accept before you press the shutter button on your camera.
