Your favorite cuisines (non-sectsual)

i love my own cooking and i make some damn good stuff!

italian- spaghetti w/a good meat sauce, fettucine alfredo w/chicken, linguine w/clam sauce, manicotti, spinach 'n cheese ravioli,... oh baby!

mexican- enchiladas, soft tacos, carne asada, huevos rancheros, anykind of breakfast, fried potatoes, a good roasted pig,... yumm

good ol' american- good steak, pork chops 'n gravy or rice (my #1 top favorite, and sole comfort food!) salads, pot pie, mashed potatoes with tons o' garlic, hush puppies, fried chicken, and more!

asian- i come from filipino stock (among others) and i can't get enough rice, pancit, stir-fry, gyoza, lumpia, yum yum yum

*wipes hand over forehead dramatically* whoo! time to go get somethin' to munch on! this is a damn good thread,...

practically anything but Tuna.. pfft.

Then again, a good home cooked country breakfast with country ham, homemade buttermilk biscuits, red-eyed gravy, bacon, country ham, sausage and eggs can seduce my tastebuds anytime.
