This guy amazes me. Words on Skin, the best brother/sister story on the site, Outsourcing which is incredibly hot for such a short little story, and Macallan Promises, the #1 Sci-Fi/Fantasy story.

I know he's still around, if only we could convince him to give us some more stuff. Nothing since 2011.

Right. Pacofear's a great storyteller. He commented when he flashed by me on the "Favorite Authors" list, which I found to be funny. Of course he was going to flash up there. And Elfin accused me of somehow shying him away from the Web site, which both Pacofear and I had a good chuckle over on the boards. Great critiques of the stories of other folks too.

I know he's still around, if only we could convince him to give us some more stuff. Nothing since 2011.

Pacofear helped me out a lot when I first came here, looked at my first story before I posted it(I had contacted him after reading words on skin) and he took some time to point out both the good and the bad in the story.

He has one of only two stories I've seen that have a H an E and a W.

Only thirty stories which isn't a lot in the three years he was writing, but 29/30 have an H and many have very high scores including the pretty much legendary Words on Skin.


Those stories have him on over 2300 fav pages. #30 all time. If he had kept going the last couple of years he could be challenging for the top spot.

Quality over quantity for sure.

Thanks much for the kind words. I had a stretch of time from 2008-2010 that I was commuting a ton for work. Those hours in the car were hours i could noodle over stories. Then I'd get to the office and have nothing to do for part of the day. (If you worked in a law firm from 2008-2009, you know what I mean. ) On top of that, add a good dose of stress-induced insomnia, and, well, I was a smut writing machine there for a little while.

For better or worse, I just don't have that kind of free time anymore. Every now and again, after the wife has hit the sack and I've had just the right amount of bourbon, I'll fiddle with a couple of projects. They're bigger though, and quite convoluted. Maybe someday they'll see daylight.

For now, it's up to y'all to keep the Lit folks entertained.
