Young, hip and sexy fashion designer?

I'm doing a smidgen of research for a screenplay and want to reference a female fashion designer, but since I know nothing of high-fashion, I thought I'd ask you kind folks. Who's a relatively young female fashion designer who creates sexy, empowering clothes for young women?

Stella McCartney is the only 'younger' International female designer I can think of, and she ain't that young, otherwise I'd suggest going local to the city in which your story takes place.

I can think of plenty of young male designers, but sadly? She's the youngest I can think of in regards to International females. Much luck.
