Young couple move to a new city

A young Asian couple move to a new city for work and move into a new apartment. The wolves start circling, the landlord wanting his rent, the recently divorced neighbor, the secutiy guard that works the nightshift, and more.

Except they aren't really a married couple. Instead they are a pair of young grifters and their mark is a wealthy well-married neighbor who has a weakness for pretty young ladies. The apartment is wired for video and sound.

The young 'wife', does everything right. Putting off their advances with claims of fidelity until she approaches the landlord claiming her husbands job isn't paying enough.

She lets him fuck her and an agreement is reached. The landlord though is a braggart and soon the wealthy neighbor knows of their money troubles. He approaches her with an offer that is just too good and she soon is spreading for him too.

All's fine until the neighbor gets an envelope with photos and a blackmail demand. Is it deeper than this? Is the landlord involved in some nefarious way? Is the wealthy neighbors wife, who is the real source of his wealth, in on it?

The recently divorced neighbor lady approaches the 'husband' with what she's heard through the walls and he breaks down in her arms. She feels terrible for the poor man, but he's also very handsome and her bed has been empty for some time. She suggests that maybe he could get some on the side too.

The young 'husband' knows it wasn't part of the plan, but who can resist a sexy MILF, right?

Another option is that the young couple are really a brother/sister team looking to rip off the locals, as well as enjoying a little sibling ribaldry on the side.

I prefer the original idea.

I like the thought of the young wife being taken by a series of interlopers, gradually becoming less starry-eyed about her hard-working, out all day husband and more enjoying what's "on offer".

"Asian"?? Totally, totally irrelevant.

I don't see the "Asian" part as irrelevant. And yes, the story could be of any/none racial/ethnic background. There are some specific attributes associated with Asians, IMO, that make the original scenario more believable, at least for me.

Every post seems to have someone bringing in incest even though no way related to the original story idea.
