Sending this directly to the person would be more effective. A stalker, generally any Internet nitwit, thrives on the public recognition of their bad behavior. If they sent you PMs the site owners should have their ISP, and these days it isn't so easy to hide on the Internet if you're displaying criminal behavior. If they've made threats against you you can actually go right to your local police/constable/sheriff etc. with any information this person has given you.
