Have you ever felt that you'll never get out of the cycle.

I have been looking after my mother since I have been born, and it just keeps going.

At least if you have kids they grow up and they are out of you hair.

My mother never will be unless I move countries, and it wears me out.

Here I was sitting here tonight just having tea, and she comes over cause she needs me, this on top of three or four calls everyday.
