They'd find somebody. They aren't deep thinkers. What they rail about the most are proposals put out there to support their demographic.

It's like the out-of-work tea bagger interviewed coming out of the polls in my congressional district saying he voted against the Democratic incumbent specifically because the tea bagger was out of work and his unemployment benefits were running out. And the winning Republican he said he voted for ran on the platform of not renewing unemployment benefits. Such brilliant folks.

Yeah, my grade partner voted for Prop 8 because she didn't want to have to teach gay marriage in her health program. And the program had nothing in it about marriage of any sort! "But I don't want anything to change."
