I submitted my story over a week ago. It's still not up. Thought it was because of the winter contest, but now I'm starting to wonder.

Anyone else noticed their story is taking unusually long to get posted? It says 13 views on mine by now and pending.

Yes, mine has been in for 8 days, 12 reviews. It is the first of a six part series to be published weekly.

Part 2 is sitting here waiting to post, not sure what to do with it.

Same here. I thought it was because there's an illustration riding along with it, but maybe there's something more serious?

I don't speak for the moderators, and they don't speak
for me. But I've never had a dozen views while the story
was in the queue. My *guess* is that they have some
question about your story. They may be looking at it and
saying, "I think it should go in this category, are you
certain that it should go in that category?"

I had a story pending for 2 weeks before it made it to the lit pages

One of the Snippettsville 'Tales' was in the queue for about nine days and had a dozen or more views while pending. It got there. I think things are just taking a bit longer.
