You do not get to decide the rights and wrongs of this, we have a justice system

Stop - you are making me feel like a Republican Governor from Indiana in a men's airport bathroom.

GO TIM!!! Pence is an ass and got his ass handed to him! LOL

Would you like to expand on this? Your post gives me no clue what you are talking about other than the VP debate. Specifically why did he win?

OK. I didn't think it was a hard question.

Kaine won because he turned the debate into an actual debate rather than the usual rehearsed rhetoric punted back and forth.

Most analysts are saying Pence won because he accomplished the goal of appearing as the opposite of Trump, which would appeal to unhappy conservatives considering voting for Clinton. It was damage control in response to Trump's self destructive campaign.

Kaine did not put a dent in Pence's strategy, but it hardly makes Pence a winner of anything other than his own future political preservation.

Though aligning yourself with a major dipshit who among other idiotic behaviours refuses to financially support the nation that supposedly needs to be made great again isn't going to be much of a resume booster.

I watched the first hour and thought Pence actually did a better job.

The critics agree with you. They specifically pointed out Pence's dishonest claim of Clinton/Kaine "coarsening the campaign" by quoting Trump verbatim.

It's not Trump's fault for saying all the crap he says, it's Clinton and Kaine's fault for repeating it.

We're down the rabbit hole folks.

No, it was more a matter of style.

Kaine's responses were completely garbled with sound bites, party positions and rehearsed attacks and often didn't answer the question at all. He went fro quantity of quality and it hurt him more than it helped him.

I also think his frequent interruptions of Pence was annoying and missed the tone of the civility of the campaign that Hillary showed when going against Trump.

Neci, make them whip it out!
That reminds me of the drunk driver in Tijuana who ended up injuring a business owner on a sidewalk.

The judge asked him, "Didn't you see his tamale wagon?"

The man said, "Your honor, I didn't even notice that his pants were open."

I am not not aligning my self with anyone. Both of these presidential candidates stink on ice. I am just trying to decide which poison I want to take.

I think Pence came out on top but probably not enough to matter.

1. It certainly felt like Kaine was doing more interrupting, though at a certain point they were both just being jack asses. I'm sure the ultimate numbers disagree but still.

2. Kaine came off a tad robotic. But the few times he went into police "details" he came off like a champ. Pense never did that.

3. Kaine never really said anything about why Pense shouldn't be the leader of the free world at all

Combine this all with Pence mostly being collected and I think we've got him a fraction ahead.

On the flip side I think both men accomplished their goals. Kaine actually talked specifics about Hillary and things like CHIP that are never listed with her accomplishments, drove home the death of Bin Laden (though I wish he asked "if SEAL Team 6 had been taken hostage and beheaded on television would Hillary and Obama have been at fault or would this has been a miliatary blunder?" And then simply refused to answer anything until Pense answered.) Troop reduction, nuclear proliferation and wasted time I think on Trump's taxes.

Pense seemed reluctant to defend Trump's stances but his job was to reassure conservatives there is one on the ticket and oh year vote for me 2020/24.

They only both stink because no one in the Clinton camp bothers to debate what are projected as her scandals, which are events blown way out of proportion in an attempt to undermine her campaign for the presidency.

Clinton, Powel or Rice are all guilty of using private emails.

It is only a big deal because Clinton is running for president.

No one held hearings regarding the all the terrorist attacks against U.S. diplomats that occurred during the 8 years of Bush administration. http://www.politifact.com/embassyattacks/

The one incident known as Benghazi is only a big deal because Clinton is running for president.

And the list goes on.

Why don't Clinton, Kaine and the DNC put some energy into actually putting a fork into all these nonsense claims? They seem to be taking it for granted that they will never change the minds of anyone who is voting Trump. And that is a mistake.

If they would make the effort ( there is still time and 2 debates left ), then it would be No Contest.

It didn't help when she said if we don't support her we are in a "basket of deplorables".

Because it wouldn't do any good.

I would agree with that in regards to the deplorable half of Trump's basket who give him a free pass on his proven lies and ill conceived comments because they are straight ticket Republicans and racists.

It didn't help when she said if we don't support her we are in a "basket of deplorables".

She also apologized for making the comment.

Which was directed at 50% of his supporters.
