You can take the asterisk off Biden's name

What's not to get? Trump's lawyers had 60 chances to prove fraud and failed.

Judge know they are unelected and don't want to be deciding elections. Unless there was some egregious outright fraud, they will find a way to punt.

Dems. spent 4 years trying to undermine the legitimacy of Trump's win. Repubs are returning the favor. Tit for tat.

Tell that to Al Gore.

Bullshit. Hillary Clinton immediately conceded the election even though she won by the popular vote--by lots.

You Trumpettes lie so blatantly that it's impossible to believe that you are anything by malicious trolls--and thus are easily dismissed.

And LOST the Electoral Collage. The system worked EXACTLY the way it was designed by the founders. So that a few large cities cannot dictate how the entire country is governed.

The Supreme Court ruled that Florida's recount couldn't proceed, because Florida had no scheme to judge the ballots it was recounting. Again, procedural grounds.

Nice bit of projecting. All we herd for 4 years was Russia, Russia, Russia.

And a few large asses can’t decide the 2020 election, either.

Why shouldn't the cities rule? They matter in a way the countryside does not.

Because Russia did interfere in the 2016 election. Trump’s government agencies proved it.

Russia has been interfering in our elections since Kennedy. That's not new. Dems tried to create the narrative that Trump colluded with Russia.

Because a few large areas shouldn't be able to trample over everyone else. The framers understood that democracy didn't work. It forces you to compromise with others to bring more ideas under your tent.

Come on man...

He did win the election fair and square.

Now really, how do you know that he won fair and square? All any of us know about it is whatever few things leak into the "news" media.

But consider this: How do you think Joe's mental condition compares to your own? Is your mind more clear and focused than his? Or is his mind clear and more focused than yours?

And is he having trouble coming up with as many new alt account names as you are having to do? That must be absolutely mind boggling. :D

Actually, the founders expected most elections to get thrown to the House. While that could have (and did, the last time it actually happened, in 1824) led to the popular vote loser ending up president, that was a bug rather than a feature, and certainly not what they intended.

I will, though, grant you that the electoral college was effectively intended to give rural states more clout relative to their population. But that's not something to be proud of.

I take it you don't have any lawyer friends.

I'm a lawyer. No judge dismisses a case because he doesn't want to deal with it, because that's how you get reversed on appeal -- the only thing a judge fears professionally.

Actually, it was intended to accomplish the same thing the Senate was -- to prevent big states like Virginia (so long ago, that was!) from utterly dominating the Union. But Virginia was distinctly unurbanized.

not ONE Court went to discovery

NOT ONE!

oh, one ordered DISCOVERY only to reverse itself the NEXT DAY

That means.....THE FIX WAS IN!
