First Charges Filed in Mueller Investigation

See, that's how it works.

They gather facts and evidence, present it to a Grand Jury, and file charges. Next up: an arrest, a plea, and then a TRIAL. Try-ul. That's how the U.S. Justice System works.

"They have no evidence."

"I've not seen a single shred of evidence."

"It's nothing but a witch hunt."

Don't worry, your next whine will be: "No one's been convicted of anything yet."

That's because there hasn't been a TRY-UL yet. Wait for it.

Do we get to see if he floats or not? :)

Sooner than I expected ,Trump is probably shitting himself .

The entire vast right-wing conspiracy is shitting itself, wondering which of their number is next to be raped in prison. Listen to their frantic cries for an end to the probes! Watch them get their passports in order! See them learn to spell Sevastopol (Crimea) for their next residence papers!

I am very interested in seeing or reading about the indictments. They should be available on Monday. They might even be against Hillary Clinton for some of her misdeeds while she was Sec. of State and/or a candidate for pres.

That would only be true but for the fact that the investigations are into Trump Team and the Russian interference of the election .
There have been no results in any investigation of HRC .

Or against Manafort when he worked for Podesta. Notice how nobody is interested in who committed the felony of leaking grand jury information to the press?

They are into irregularities into the election last year and the events just before that. The deck may be stacked in favor of Silly Hilly or it might not. :( I am really looking forward to learning about it from an authoritative source.

Name one misdeed. Everything was investigated ad nauseum, wasting millions of taxpayer dollars, and zero was found.

Keep living in your fantasy world. When the indictments come down tomorrow the only ones they will be against are the con artist family and campaign staff for colluding with Russia.

Hell, Roger Stone bragged on numerous occasions he was in direct contact with Gucifer, part of Russian intelligence, who was leaking information and even told the Russian when in particular to release the information. That is the literal definition of collusion.

Are you going to be able to sleep tonight?? It's like the first day of school...too excited to sleep...

So you're admitting "I haven't seen anything" and "they have no evidence" was premature, now that indictments have come out?

It's a good thing we have a legal system, and people aren't tried and convicted by the opinion of people on the internet.

I'm keeping my hopes low. Ideally I'd like to see Jared Kushner and Don Jr. perp walked down Fifth Ave, but I'm expecting charges of falsifying or lying to the feds for Manafort and Flynn.

It's Manafort for sure....they raided his home. They say, indictment, not indictments.....singular, not plural

When I said I haven't seen anything, it was a true statement. I still haven't. As for whether or not anybody has evidence, that still remains to be seen, probably tomorrow. I am definitely looking forward to it.

No, you can't get an indictment without evidence of some sort. They can't just walk in and say "We think this guy did something." So yes, they have enough evidence on hand to charge someone with a crime.

True. I meant to say Manafort or Flynn.

I hope it's obstruction of justice against POTUS though.

Okay, and tomorrow, we'll find out whom that person is.

I think these indictments are highly significant.

If it was some measly thing I'd be concerned. But no, so far it's right on track with everything Rachel Maddow's been explaining for months.

Tick tock

I haven't watched or read the news today, but apparently, the indictments have nothing to do with Russia collusion. Its stuff taking place in the early 2000's....go figure.

You might go review the George Papadapolous case and do some refiguring of your own. Wonder how long you are going to continue fooling yourself. Will you stop posting your fantasies here when you wake up?

Yeah, like that time she sold out the country live, on TV to hack her own e-mails. Or that time she lied about getting a bunch of soldiers killed in a secret war in Niger.

Do you know how fucking dumb you sound? Like seriously are you that stupid? Just answer yes or no.

The official court documents, which you can read online yourself, say for activities taking place from 2006 until "at least" (implying there could be more recent activities as well yet to be examined) 2016.

Until 2016.

2 0 1 6

As in when he was working for the Trump campaign.

But yeah, early 2o00s. That's basically the same thing...
