Premise:
A forty something man is still a virgin because he is a complete misogynist -- possibly because his first shy approach to a female was rudely and cruely rebuffed.
How, why, and to whom he loses his virginity is not something I'd decided yet. I'll let you decide that -- since you're into fantasy and non-human stuff, maybe Elves, sprites and dryads don't count as female to him.
You should spend at least a little time on motivation -- what makes him overcome a lifetime of sexual repression and sublimation.

Try this idea:
Somewhere, somewhen there is a big gang of pirates and they are kidnapping young and beautiful women for money, but before to take them back the pirates are fucking them.
One day the boss of the pirates kidnaps the most beautiful girl in the city (or country or may be town..) and her future husband has to go to the pirates to pay the price for his future wife. But in the cave of the pirates he have to watch how the boss takes her virginity. After that the pirates want he to fuck her, but he can,t. And then all the pirates have sex with her, while he watches.

Thanks Zorro, pirates is a pretty original idea. I've only seen two stories on Literotica involving pirates, and one of them was pretty lame. I think I'll enjoy creating my own story and I've got a couple ideas of my own to give it a little zing. At this point I've got my story outlined and have begun writing the exposition, I'm just debating as to where my pirates will be from and what sort of names they'll have. I don't want to negatively stigmatize any group, so I'll figure something out. Thanks again!
