Is there such thing as a 'perfect' time of day to do it? With me, I usually try either in the morning or during the day. Usually a good round of frosty time makes me feel awake and energetic. The 'perfect' time for me is entirely based on how I'm feeling, so I'd recommend paying attention to how you're doing. Trying to force yourself because you feel there's a time you 'should' be masturbating won't help because it won't be as natural as it could be.

There's really no set pattern for me. It's pretty much just when the urge strikes me, which unfortunately is sometimes when I'm somewhere where I can't do anything about it, like at work.

I usually wake up with a nice dose of morning wood, and sometimes I like to relieve some stress before I get up. Or if it's a day when I can sleep in, sometimes I'll go back to sleep afterwards, then wake up later and do it all again.
