Hopefully I can be a little bit different in this question. :)

Is it possible to easily resize animated gifs for AVs... for example the one i have attached below?

Thanks in advance.

I'm sure it's possible, but I tried with both progs we use to no avail.....maybe try Bob, or he often defers to Mr Slick, maybe try him?

You probably have to do it one image at a time.......

The one you attached has too many frames to make a decent Avatar -- more than about three frames results in a file size larger than the 20Kb limit if it's sized to 150x150 pixels. To meet the files size requirement without sacrificing frames would take reducing the dimensions to something too small to be easily visible.

There are programs available to quickly resize animated avatars, but I don't have one. A google search for "animation software" should turn up something shareware.
