With some trepidation, I posted a story in non-consent about a woman's abduction (and maybe rape) fantasy. I was concerned about it, because, obviously, this is not something I would condone in R/L, and I was a little uncomfortable with the whole idea. I topped it with a disclaimer that it was FANTASY.
Here's the first of the inane feedback
Non consent???

Thanks for the disclaimer but seriously do you for one minute think it was non consent? As far as I'm concern, she didn't even disagree verbally to what he was about to do to her and you call this non-consent? Which part was non-consent? Nothing!!! Your so-called heroine even asked for it and encouraged it RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING!!!
Come on author be realistic about it. Put this in erotic coupling and maybe you would get some votes.

Safe Sane Consensual

No there is no consent, she feels intimidated and coerced therefore saying things in self protection, what she is expected to say does not mean consent. But you are right she should have said no please release me at first setting the stage for a criminal rape charge, she could say yes later under intimidation.
So far for the most part is safe and sane at least in some minds.

I would like to thank both of you (NOT!) for your insightful literary and legal advice. Maybe you should pair up and get a cable TV talk show.
Jeezo-pete, can't somebody just say it made them hot, or disgusted them?
BTW, here's the link to the story in question.
