The election took an unexpected turn today, when the entire shadow cabinet was butchered after visiting Number 10 for ‘a chat over tea and cakes’. It appears that the catalyst for the atrocity may have been nothing more than a boxed set of Game of Thrones DVDs.
‘I don’t know what came over me’ said the clearly-shocked PM in an interview with Channel 4’s Jon Snow. ‘One minute I was watching the ‘Red Wedding’ scene, and the next my head was filled with terrifying visions of one-eyed crows. Before I knew what was going on, I’d invited the entire Labour team over for Tiffin, and we’d hacked them to pieces.’
