Democrats everyday - programs exist for human beings so that they don't die and taxpayer monies are used.

Today and everyday - law specifies that hospitals prevent people from dying, including the non white ones that you dehumanize. Every single one of us pays for this and will continue to do so even if federal funding is withdrawn. That is either in the form of price increases, taxes or complete closure of medical facilities.
