Fascist trump negotiated and signed the deal to withdraw all U.S. troops by May 2021... Biden has to abide by that signed contract... but Biden did get to postpone the withdrawal until September... otherwise, Biden could have drawn down troops in other more secure parts of the world, like Germany, and maintained more of a secure presence in Afghanistan. Yes, the fascist trump deal allowed Biden to cancel it if peace talks failed but fascist trump left Biden with no leverage to negotiate with. To cancel the deal, Biden would have to announce cancellation of the deal and increase the number of troops in afghanistan... whereas if there was no deal at all, everything could have been handled quietly and more securely.
