Pookie, I think they were referring to the "YEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssss!" in the diner scene of When Harry Met Sally, which is an absolutely fabulous movie by the way. One of my personal faves.

By the way, anyone seen Matrix Revolutions yet? I saw it last night on IMAX... WOW!!!!
