So, what's your favourite DVD?

Saving Private Ryan

Fellowship of the Ring

I'm waiting for Monsters, Inc. to come out next week.

What's spongebob?

Ooops... You shouldn't have bought "Matrix" first, lol. That's near the top of the line as far as DVDs go.

Ummm... Get the "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" DVD. The funniest things Kevin Smith filmed for the movie got cut cause the MMPA was gonna give'em an NC-17 rating.

There's a great bit with Jay and Silent Bob hanging in front of a convenience store somewhere in the Midwest with Jay singing:

I'm gonna fingerbang her tight little asshole!
Fingerbang and teabag my balls--in her mouth!
Where? Where? In her mouth--balls-a-plenty in her mouth!
Balls, balls, sweaty balls...

The Matrix was awesome. I can't wait for the sequel.
The Breakfast Club, definitely.

Too many more to name.

Oh wait, I don't have any DVD's :(

spongebob squarepants is awesome, it's a tale of a young adolescent sponge living with ocean dwelling creatures. everyday is a tale of survival and hope with a touch of dash of danger in each episode

it would have been nice if they would have incorporated the deleted scenes into the movie. NC-17 is a fair description of the mayhem they would have caused.

Ohhh, wait, almost forgot...

I just picked up "A Bridge Too Far" at the used DVD place. Had never seen except on TV with commercials and all pan-and-scanned to HELL and back. Certainly flows a hell of a lot better than it does on the TV with commercials. And it does prove the Caine-Hackman theory, lol.

"Patton" is an awesome DVD, too.

Would be nice to see an original cut, but the changes in many cases are fairly mild - often just 3 or 4 words.

I've seen things far more disturbing that got lessor ratings.

I think my next buys are going to be: 1) Monsters, Inc.; 2) Akira; 3) The Life of Brian.

No spongebob squarepants for me.

probably a wise decision, unless you're going to watch the heiferbeast for me.

I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to DVD, lol.

"Band of Brothers" comes out on DVD November 5th. And if you saw the "Blue Planet" series on Discovery Channel last spring it's also very cool on DVD.

I'll stop now.
