Is there a code like xyz to tell a woman her blouse is open? For men (American at least) xyz means examine your zipper and all men know if someone says that to you, your fly is open.

I was sitting next to a demure young woman in group work and her blouse was open. Giving me an eyeful whenever she turned to me. I quietly tried to tell her several times, but of course she couldn't hear/understand me until I said it louder, during a pause in conversation, naturally.

So is there a code I could have used?

I have known a number of women who look wholesome and very uptight, yet when you look at what they wear, even though that blouse is buttoned up to t he neck, it is lose enough that when they turn a certain way, bingo! You can see the mountains very clearly. It always seems that just the right buttons pop open and they seem to be dense to what you are trying to tell them and when they do seem to get it, they act all embarrassed. Yet it happens again 10 minutes later.

After the third time, I just enjoyed the view, which is what I think she really wanted.

I'd be inclined to gesture: point at own chest, tap buttons, then point to her.

You are in a group situation and you just drew attention to yourself for staring at her breasts - apparently nobody else thought anything of it.

I'm surprised with the username you have here that you even said a word.

I'm also curious that if you did discover such a code (do you do this trouser zipper open thing often?) would you use sign language? You mentioned that your quiet exchanges were not heard, so if you did have such a common code it probably still would have sounded like "Great tits!" when everyone heard you.

The "code" I've heard most is "Your barn door is open."

But if a woman's blouse is open, I suggest "Your milk bar is open for business."
