Haven’t heard anything about my state. Wasn’t on Wi-Fi at the time was using cellular in my home state.

I just opened a web browser from my tablet computer at home to Xhampster, and there's no age verification.


Recent laws came into effect in various states which required such positive age verification, and those restrictive warning prompts only show on devices with IP addresses in those restrictive areas.

So, if you're getting such an age verification prompt, then it's the IP address from the source through which your device is connecting. If your physical location is near the border of such a newly restrictive state, it might be that source wifi router or cell tower might be connecting through an Internet connection across the border, and it looks to the Xhampster site as if you're located in that restrictive state.

The only way around that is to either jump through those age verification hoops, find a different wifi router or cell tower located further into your unrestricted state, or install a VPN app on your device and pick your own VPN server located outside the restriction.
