X-Men: The Beginning

This thread is obviously about the mutation storyline in the X-Men films...but this storyline takes place in england.

Basically this thread is about a boarding school (like Xavier's) that exists in ireland, the students are irish, english, scottish, american, french, german etc...

As the same in america Mutants are feared and heated throughout Europe, which is why the school exists.

I need at lease 2 more mutants before we, you can be any age above 18 and can be a teacher or student.

I will be having 2 characters a student and a teacher.

Student:

Name: Michelle Bay
Age: 18
Eye Colour: Dark Green
Hair Colour: Brunette with Blonde Highlights.
Hair Length: Down to Neck
Height: 5 ft 4in
Mutant Powers:
Michelle has the power over fire, she can create and control the flame however she wishes, this includes whole body flame coverage...she rarely uses that tho.
Description:
Michelle is a shy, quiet girl, she discovered her mutation powers at the age of 16 when she set the barbecue on fire...immediately things changed, when she told her friends...they told others, teachers got afraid so the school expelled her...soon after that she had a fight with her parents where she accidentally set the living room on fire. A day after that she ran away.

Headmistress:

Name: Amy Realy
Age: 28
Eye Colour: Brown
Hair Colour: Dark red
Hair Length: Down to below shoulders.
Height: 5 ft 8in
Mutant Powers:
Amy has the telekinesis power, she can control and move any object or person.
Description:
Amy was very fortunate with her mutation...her parents were not scared and they didn't hate her, they still found her to be their daughter and the fact that she could help just by sitting down was a plus...at the earliest age she went to the school and studied, taking full control of her powers she has helped other mutants develop theirs as a teach. Last year she got promoted to "HeadMistress" when the Headmaster went into retirement.

Also could people not over-power their powers.

Will has power over gravity, able to negate it for himself and anything he touches, even a tractor trailer

Description:

The youngest of 7 children, Will was born in Wales to an American father and a welsh mother. His father was a rich importer exporter turned stock trader/investor, his mother was his secretary and spent alot of her time taking care of Will and his 6 siblings. They travelled around the world throughout thier childhood, allowing Will to become acquainted with a variety of cultures and languages. When his powers surfaced last year his father used his numerous contacts to find out about this mutant school in England and sign Will up.

Satin

Name: Satin Sky
age:19
looks: straight black hair that sparkles hence what she was named after, slim body, 34 cc breasts
ability: Power to read minds.

Satin was born in wales and speaks welsh fluently. She always new she was different, and finds it hard to hear what people really think about her, she used to cheat in school by reading the teachers minds before tests. She's a bit of a rebel but only does it because her parents are away so much and she has never felt loved by anyone, although she loves plenty!
When she is mad or upset she goes into her native language(welsh) or when she feels the need to confuse others.
So she begged her parents to send her here and is the new girl by 2 months.

Okay, here's a teacher.

Name: Walter Sullivan
Age: 26
*Physical features are all variable, but the base form, and his human guise is given.
Eye Color: Entire eye solid black in base form, usually blue in human form.
Hair Color: None, brown in human form.
Height: 6'11" base form, 5'11 in human form.
Mutant Power: Metamorphosis. Is able to shapeshift, though without much fine control. Not able to assume the forms of specific people or animals. Also able to control his own density and change colors.

Description: In his base form, Walter is a hulking form in roughly humanoid shape, looking something like an attempt by a child to sculpt a person out of blue-grey clay. He has long, massive arms, and stubby legs, with more or less no face, only eyes and jagged mouth in the lump sticking out of his body that is his head. His base density is about that of play-do.

He is able to assume a human form- which is basically an extraordinarily average looking man.

Walter was born in America in his basic shape to horrified parents. At this point he was unable to alter his own form, but had a doughy body. They hushed it up, but the nurse put them in touch with her brother who worked in a travelling circus. He was bought from his parents, and became part of the freakshow as "The Unfinished Clay Baby", switching to "The Clay Boy" as he grew older and gained limited shapeshifting abilities. He was treated well in the circus.

Though he was unhappy about being put on display, he soldiered on, considering it his duty to do his part for earning a living for his extended family. When the old headmaster spotted him, he talked to the circus managers about him coming to the school. They realized he'd be better off, and sent him off with their blessings.

He attended the school, steadily gaining contol of his powers, eventually even enough to take a human looking form. While there, he gained the nickname "Dough Boy" as an in-joke among the students his age. This was in reference to the Pilsbury mascot. As an in joke, someone would sink their finger in his soft body, and he'd do an impersonation of the laugh from the commercial.

He also got a math degree. After graduation, he switched to teaching.

Amy Realy:

Amy Realy was sitting at her desk in her office, filing through papera and filling in the new registers for the school....the government had been pressuring the school again trying to find out what was really going on there, as per usual they had failed.
Suddenly Edward, the Groundsman appeared in the room using his teleportation mutant ability.

"The new students have just arrived, their waiting by the gates ma'am"

"You don't need to call me Ma'am Edward" said Amy, standing up from her desk and making her way to the door, Edward teleported back out, Amy opened the door of her office walked down the corridor and into the grand entrance hall, the opened the double front doors infront of her out into the entrance yard, she walked around the rectangle pond infront of her and stood infront of the main gates as they opened.

Two rows of 18+ teenagers stood infront of her, some were already showing their powers off, some were quiet and some were just chatting as loud as they could.

"QUIET, please"

The natter infront of her died down

"Thankyou" said Amy "Now...first of all welcome to Ireland's school for the gifted and talented, soon you will be read the rules but first i must sort out your dorms...and sorry boys its boys with boys and girls with girls, now boys dorms will be 4's and these dorms will be 21-41 whereas the girls dorms will be 0-20, i will let you decide who you have in your dorm. Now the rules, 1st and foremost...there will be NO bullying at this school, im pretty sure most of you know how hurtful it is to be treated as if you were not human...we are all humans, second of all no fighting and no using your abilities to harm other people at the school, third of all, your powers are your own, we at this school will allow you to use your powers as you wish unless the break the second rule, that is all, sort out your groups, Professor Sullivan will be here to show the boys to their dorms shortly and i will show the girls to their dorms."

Satin frowned, she'd been bullied in her o;d school for being different, for letting things slip that she shouldn't. Who would want to share a room with her? She looked around and stared at the other students reading their minds, they were all thinking of some-one and suprise suprise it wasn't her. She sighed. She tried to read the deadmistress's mind but she must of been using a mind block.
Another thing Satin was curious about was the boys....was there any talent here? She looked around shyly, she did not realise how atrractive she was and had always been to shy too go on dates.

Sullivan

Walter frowned in the mirror as he adjusted his tie in his human looking shape. He was always a bit nervous on the first day of the school year, and it was an unpleasant surprise when he discovered that it was even worse as a teacher.

Shaking his head, he made his way out of his own living quarters, and to the front door. He heard the last of Amy's welcome speech. When she was done he opened the door and stepped through. He was a thoroughly ordinary looking man- average height, not too skinny; fat; or muscular, neither really handsome or ugly. He was currently dressed in a suit. He took a moment to glance at the students.

Finally, he stepped forward.

"Hello. I'm Mr. Sullivan. If the boys would care to follow me..." he trailed off, waiting for the males of the school to gather up.

Michelle Bay:

Michelle plonked herself down on the bench after the headmistress had finished talking, she had already assumed that they would have to share rooms, she didn't know that they had to choose who with...as per usual her shyness had gotten the better of her, she sat down on the bench and hoped that someone would notice her and ask her to share dorms with her.

Soon enough a male adult walked out of the front doors, he stepped forward so he was next to the headmistress...

"Hello. I'm Mr. Sullivan. If the boys would care to follow me..."

"oh god" said Michelle to herself burying her head in her hands, it was time to go to their dorms and nobody had picked her.

Walter came out of the front door and moved to stand next to Amy

"Hello. I'm Mr. Sullivan. If the boys would care to follow me..." said Mr Sullivan.

The boys infront of them started to grab their bags, most of them went over to Walter, leave 4 boys, three of which were dotted around and 1 which was floating abovee the ground, he was already talking to a girl.

Amy rolled her eyes and walked over to the boy...

"Il presume your Will" she turned to the girl and said "and your Satin yes, well it seems neither of you are in a group for a dorm, Will you can join with the other boys and Satin, lets find you a group."

Satin blushed and took his hand, she sent a little warmth into his hand. Genuienly flattered " Hey ! I'm Satin, nice to meet y-" she was cut across by Mr Sullivan and she sighed in fustration, finally she was getting along with someone without being nervous!


"Hello. I'm Mr. Sullivan. If the boys would care to follow me..." said Mr Sullivan.

Satin saw the teacher walk over and she went shy again, she'd never felt comftarble around authoritive people and didnt realize she was gripping Will's hand harder.
Suddenly she picked up on someone else's nervousnes..

"Il presume your Will"
"and your Satin yes, well it seems neither of you are in a group for a dorm, Will you can join with the other boys and Satin, lets find you a group."

Satin didn't hear the teacher, she sent a thought out to the girl with ou a partner " I'm a loner too, I'm way too shy,,,,wanna share?" She bit her lip in concentration, sending warmth over to the other girl...

Michelle sat there playing with a leaf...when a voice popped into her head.

" I'm a loner too, I'm way too shy,,,,wanna share?"

Michelle jerked her head up from looking at her hand to where the headmistress was standing with a boy and a girl, she guessed the girl had sent her the message as she was the only girl not chatting with other girls.

"Il presume your Will and your Satin yes, well it seems neither of you are in a group for a dorm, Will you can join with the other boys and Satin, lets find you a group."

Michelle quickly got up and walked over to where the headmistress and the girl were standing and said

"Hey...urm, il share with her"

Amy:

"Hey...urm, il share with her"

Amy turned her head to see a girl standing there

"Ah, you would be Michelle yes, well as seeing as you and Satin are the only two girls left you will have to share a dorm with just you two, i hope thats okay, anyway, WIll you can head off with Walt...i mean Professor Sullivan, Girls if you could follow me"

Amy turned around and started walkling towards the building with the girls behind her....

Will Heart

Will barely got an answer before teacher interruption. You'd think they'd want the students to get to know each other, give us some time to acclimate. WIll smiled at Satin as they were all but forcibly torn apart.

"Hey Satin, nice meeting you," He winked, floating over towards the boys side at a running pace. What were they, in pre-school? Will was 18, but looking around alot of the other boys were younger, it was a regular high school after all. Or whatever they call high school around here.

Will fought back a desire to fly off in frustration and put his hands in his pockets, willing himself to land and follow this male teacher.

"Alright Teach, lead the way."

Walter lead the way into the boys' dorms, explaining some of the rules: no smoking in the dorms, no alcohol; the standard shpiel.

After the little lecture, he paused. "Okay, I want you to figure out who you intend to room with. After a group of roommates has been decided, you come to me and I'll record the living arrangements," holding up a clipboard, "and give you your keys. Then you can go about the business of moving in. Any questions?"

Satin watched the boy go and she sent him a thought ' look for me....nice meeting you too'
Satin saw a pretty girl walk towards them and presumed this must've been the girl she'd contacted.

"Hey...urm, il share with her"

Satin gave her a warm smile

As the teacher led the way Satin turned her head towards michelle and smiling asked " hey, I'm Satin what your name? I didnt think I'd get a partner, I'm so glad 'cause I thought..." Satin blushed when she looked at Michelle. She found it hard to talk to strangers.

She swore at herself in welsh (something she does when she's upset) " oh Damnia hi! ti mor ddwl!" She gulped as she realised her new roomate must think she was a nutcase....

Carmen

Description: No one knew Carmen was a mutant. She however was never considered normal. Sudden changes in sound or lighting would cause her to freak out as her neurons quickly tried to parse vast amounts of data, taking to details others just couldn't see. The disturbing trend to notice everything, and sensitivity to stimulus certainly did not earn her many friends as she grew up, nor was the speed at which she picked up other activities. Over time she began to realize that she was different and was accepting the fact that no one would understand her. Eventually the day came when her parents came home and caught her watching pornography on fast forward on their computer and decided she had better see a psychologist.

When the psychologist came back with the results of her maxed out I.Q. test, he decided it would be best to run a few more studies. After she broke the EEG machine she was connected to he sat Carmen and her parents down.

Carmen lay in her bed covering her ears; eyes closed attempting to muffle the sounds of the nattering new students in all the other rooms. She could tell that her room mate was still staring her, because she hadn't felt the vibrations given off by movement.
"I can't deal with this!" Carmen thought to herself, and did what she always did to numb her thoughts a little, dug through her bag to find her cigarettes. She walked to the widow, opened it, and lit the fag staring only at the smoke, and feeling a little uncomfortable still about the way that her roommate was still staring at her. Carmen wondered what had fascinated the girl and laughed at herself for a second imagining the girl had x-ray vision and was gawking at Carmen’s amazing build. More likely though, the girl was just shy and Carmen as usual wasn't in the mood to make new friends.

Will joined up with three other guys and took thier list to the teacher guy.

"Here you go boss, now what are we doing?"

Will wanted to go find that raven haired beauty and maybe get her room number She was really hot and Will was a teenage boy with all the hormones that went with it.

He looked at the four, wrote down their names, and handed a key to each of them.

"I'd suggest you move your belongings in and get things set in your room. Otherwise, your time is your own until classes start."

With that, he turned to another group of students clamoring for his attention.

Will left the teacher and out to the front lawn where his bags were. Moving in would be easy for him. He flew over to his bags and touched each one, defying gravity, they floated up into the air. Will still wasn't sure how it worked, but the bags floated after him as he flew back into the school, back to his room and dropped the bags off on his bed.

Satin placed her bag on the floor and smiled thinking of Will, she heard her roomate starting a shower, so she shouted out " I'm going out! We'll get to know eachother later! sorry!" She checked her reflection, she was wearing a red halter top and short denim shorts and fuck me shoes. She'd thrown the clothes on as she'd got in, remembering the heat outside.
Plus...If it could impress a certain somebody she wouldn't mind.
Satin opened the door to her apartment and went outside, she squealed in shock and stood face to face with Will, she stepped back so that she was against the door and blushed, nervously she said "hi!" ...

she was shocked a little by his forwardness and was filled with warmth as he took her hand "uh....n- I mean yes, ye I do need help" she flashed him a flirty smile and turned back toward the door, she turned the handle and led him in, her whole body shaking...
